Great advice and really appreciate the real input. Based on this info, it seems crazy to do it with such a large crew... here's what I'm going to do: I'm going to split this trip into two: Cuba and Cartagena.

Ill travel in a small crew of 4 guys to Cuba. This trip would be more exploring the land with a sprinkle of p4p

Then another trip with a crew of 8 to Cartagena and that would be an all out p4p

Alright my friends. A Cuban here, born and raised for 12 years with tons of family over there. Accommodation : casa particulares. Or if you're me, your own house . Fair warning though, i was just in Cuba in December and prices are starting to rise, especially for transportation and if you're not a local that doesn't understand zone travelling you're gonna get super ripped off; so stay somewhere in old Havana or close to capitolio. In regards to game: you damn well better speak some Spanish or dance some casino or you're gonna be paying for all your pussy. Cubans are romantic people, talking or "labia" how we say it over there is a big part of picking up Cuban girls, but don't worry a little bit of Spanish will go a long way. Cubans girls love to fuck, sex is a huge part of the culture. Seriously I banged 3 girls in a dark hallway in some street close to malecon ( this is not uncommon in Cuba since a family tends to live in the same house their whole life, so you gotta get creative where you get it on). I could write a data sheet, but I don't see how it would be much help to you since me being Cuban plays a huge part of my extreme success with girls over there. Also - use a condom

Anyone in Havana at the moment? I'm there on Wednesday for 5 nights, staying at a casa in Vedado/Centro. I don't have high expectations of gaming but would be cool to meet up for food, drinks etc.

How is the internet situation in cuba now? Is wifi or data possible if you pay for it?

You basically can't go to Cuba and work there from your computer like you could from any other country. Internet is available in parks and hotels, but it's by the hour basically so it'd be pretty expensive for any considerable amount of time/usage. Not very good connections either.

Sounds like it still hasn't been implemented yet. I'm thinking of buying tickets for december, but am a bit nervous.

I'm also curious if the situation on the ground has changed much. Do AirBNB's require you to register girls? Do cops still arrest girls for meeting gringos?
