Ah man I'm abit pissed off.

In belfast for the night with my brother and his mate, mate was drinkin since 10am way before we arrived, completely different level than us which was annoying. Went to one club only which wasn't great. I drank too quick and was fucked upon arriving at the club, head bobbing all over while leaning on every wall.

I bet I looked like a fucking retard must have cause I was kicked out for about 5 mins, was let back in and my brothers mate is gone. Struggled to get to my brother cause every place looked the same. Man, didn't do shit but met(kissed) one latin looking girl, who I was near later on and some insecure fag thinks I'm trying to get his girls so he starts pushing me.

Typical bitches probably hit me with their hand bags aswell cause they know no one will do shit to them. A few second later I'm being escorted out by bouncers even though some chode is pushing ME. These belfast bouncers are racist as fuck with their sectarian bullshit and always hate on Irish people. Even random people in the street givin us fake directions just cause they hear the accent.

All of this was followed by some miscellaneous bald guy saying that some guys(kids) up the road wanted to shoot me. Lol. Really I'm just pissed off that I didn't pace my drinking. Bro said I was getting some eyeballin off the hos and I could have fucked the ones I was dancing with but I think I was scaring them, fuck I was squashing a girl against the rails of a balcony and she was turned off straight away.

Drink less. Pace yourself, eat something before you start. Or, eat products with high yeast content. You can buy straight yeast and mix it in with yogurt or something so you can stay moderately sober.

You already answered this yourself, simply drink less.
On nights where I want to game women, I make it my ultimate objective to get a bang.
For me, that means wearing nice, expensive clothes and to wear well matched outfits.
I also drink a lot less when I plan to pick up women. I find being drunk greatly inhibits my game.
I usually only drink one beer with my mates before going out. This puts me in slightly more social state. Once I get to the venue I will have another drink. Usually either scotch or an Old Fashioned.
This will last me a few hours and keep me slightly buzzed but still in the zone.
Not being drunk has many advantages:

I want to be in my best possible condition and quick off my feet to dodge possible shit tests, cockblocking friends and I also find I am wittier and better at picking up IOI's.

It also is very easy to game drunk chicks when you are comparatively sober.
Another plus is you will be able to bang her again in the morning and not suffer from a horrible hangover.

Also, imagine you are talking to a girl and suddenly her 200lbs of pure muscle boyfriend shows up with his mates and is intent on smashing a bottle over your head. I would rather be able to defend myself in this situation than to potentially suffer serious long term injuries because I was too drunk to react.

Once I meet a girl who is receptive and things are going well, I usually offer to buy a round of Shots. All I usually say is:"Let's go to XY-Bar and drink some shots, they have the best XY-liquor there"
This is a good opportunity to venue change and separate her from her friends. Be wary though, many girls will use you to just get free drinks. Ideally you want to have kiss closed first or be certain that you have built a lot of attraction and she is actually single and available.
After that just game as you usually would.

On the occasion that I just want to have some fun with my mates and get totally wasted my plan is not to game girls but to just have a good time. Sometimes girls will come either way but your chances of success are significantly higher when you are just slightly buzzed

Stop drinking that much and you won't fuck up as badly. Really internalize what we've been saying in both the Newbie Game and Game forums and try to act accordingly while you're still feeling things out.

I've been in the same boat as you; if you drink too much you turn into a complete idiot and can't really focus on the end-game for what you're playing. Try running some game stone-cold sober and see how you fare.
