Yogi women want someone who is as spiritual as they are. At the end of the day, that spiritual connection is what leads to a bang.

I just don't think you can pull a SNL or a ONS from Yoga studios.

Not endorsing the product or anything, but just thought would post in case some of you guys would like to stand out with the Yoga approach. The website/application helps you build your own custom yoga mat.

It might act as an opener if you end up having a very custom yoga mat and it really stands out. You can design your own custom mat, and you would potentially be the only one who has it.

You gotta work the "spiritual connection". Run "New Age" Game on these girls. Psychic energy, aura, astrology, mysticism, eastern religion, stuff like that. (chick crack)

They love this stuff. It's just a mysterious way to talk to a girl about her favorite topic... herself.

I like to cook and eat so i combine "New Age Game" with "Food Game". I get them talking about the "special powers" of certain "SuperFoods".

Wikipedia books like "The Power of Now", and "The Secret", etc. Come up with a couple of "true-isms" that you can talk about. It doesn't matter if you don't really know what the hell your talking about, these girls will not know the difference, the key is to come across as really sincere and kind of mysterious, like you have a natural talent for that stuff.

And they all love to drink wine, and most will smoke weed in the right situation, but I don't recommended that until after you banged them once, it makes them a little paranoid sometimes.

Find the girls who are not hard core Yogis, but just there for the workout.

if you are actually into Yoga for the actual Yoga (not the chicks) what I would recommend doing also is DVR'ing Yoga shows on the fitness channels and them playing them back when you wanted a workout. its basically free and you dont have to leave the house if you are time constrained.

For anybody in the new york area, this place comes highly recommended by many. It is not a flash yoga studio. But, if you are looking to learn yoga for what it can do for you, this is a good choice. Btw, the guy in the videos is 70 something.

OK guys, I am beginning to see that Yoga classes will not lead to ONS's or SNL's. Not happening. You have to integrate deep into the Yoga/Spiritual culture, become a familiar face and make some Yoga friends. Go to Yoga workshops in your area where you will potentially bump into Yoginas that have seen you in class, and eventually, have those girls hang out with you outside the Yoga studio whereas you would move into normal sexual escalation. Of course you can get laid in Yoga! It will just take work (both physical and emotional), money $$$, and dedication to the culture.

Yoga is not about ballin! It is about being humble, and spiritual.

So, what have I learned so far in the 6 variations of Yoga I have conquered?

1. Hatha -- this style is slow and focused. It's very popular with couples and gay men, so avoid Hatha classes unless you really like the actual exercises.

2. Vinyasa - This style is very popular with women. These are the classes you will see that have 90% women. they are mixture of stretching, calorie burning, and strength toning of muscles.

3. Hot Yoga - This is just like the above, except that the studio is heated to 110F. These classes generally get a mixed crowd. That is, you will find guys, couples and women alone. However, women are not the majority of students like you would see in Vinyasa class. These classes are tough to get anything going, as girls are too focused on sweating, and bolting to their cars for a shower at home.

4. Core/Power Yoga - Focuses on abdominal muscles. Very popular with girls. However, most classes have an even 50/50 split ratio of female:male.

5. Yin Yoga - This is VERY spiritual Yoga. However, the students are generally older. I would say most students are 35 and above, with the occasional chic under 35 - usually younger women want Hot-Yoga or Vinyasa.

6. Ashtanga Yoga - Focuses on twisting, and spinal flexibility. -- Hit or miss. Sometimes I was the only male of 14 students, then I was in a room of 8 students that were all male!

Major TIPS!

*** Do not get a cheap 20USD mat...get a good mat AND a Mat cover towel. Manduka's line of Mats and Towels are great. Women wil actually see how serious of a Yogi you are by your workout mat and towel combination...I'm serious!

*** Stick and Move. Pick 3 studios and rotate every week or every month! That way, when girls from your very first studio see you reappear 2 months/weeks later, you can DHV with a story that you were in Brazil/India/Costa Rica or some exotic country doing some Yoga escapes.

*** If you are fit and in shape, your Yoga attire should be a pair of comfy surfer style shorts (not BASKETBALL SHORTS) and NO SHIRT!!! Yogini women really liked watching the guys with no shirt on (who were in shape of course). If you can stand to lose a few pounds, wear a baseball style long sleeve shirt or sleeveless under-amour gear shirt.

*** Stretch at home. You are high in status if you can actually do the exercises and poses. Women are more impressed by a man who can do Hatha poses and all warrior poses without falling down like a clumsy fool! You will need to be VERY FLEXIBLE and BALANCED!

*** Do not get discouraged because the moves seem overwhelming. In the world of Yoga, EVERYONE is a beginner for the first 10 years you practice!

*** You cannot just start teaching Yoga if you have never done it before. No way you are doing these poses out the gate - forget it! I don't get care how FIT you think you are! You will get your ass handed to you in Vinyasa by a 115lb female!


*** Want a great idea for a different type of first date? Invite your date to a Yin Yoga class...very spiritual, you will build kino, playfulness, and increase her desire for you in a sexual way as she sees how flexible you are.


Will I continue this? Hell yes! Not just for the women who place their pussies right in my face as they bend over, but man do I feel good and stress-free after 2 weeks of this. The nice thing is Yoga is WORLDWIDE!! You can find a Yoga studio just about anywhere in the world, and what better way to break the ice and making local girlfriends than to say you are a visiting Yogi from <insert exotic foreign city here>.

I think it beats going to a local gym of any city you visit that will have a ton of competition.

Eventually, women will bang...it takes a bit of time to "fit-in", be patient but persistent in your game.

Very good point. Whether you are in Kiev or Bogota or Rio, you are likely to find a yoga studio that is full of hot women.

Moreover just the fact that they are practising yoga is an indication that they are open to exploring things that are a little different or exotic. I think this yoga thing will work specially well if you have the whole darker skinned, exotic look going for you.. Latin, middle eastern and Indian dudes can kill with yoga game.

Among a lot of good things it sounds like MIXX is saying sell yourself out. If mother fuckers have a genuine interest, then being yourself and an having aura of balance is all you need----in my opinion.

It isnt genuine for me to go allout and convince some random girl that i am a spiritual, sensitive, hippie yoga expert.

Yoga isn't about selling yourself out. In fact it's quite the opposite. It's about connecting with yourself.

Bottom line seems to be if you genuinely like yoga, do some research on the best studios to go to and make an effort to chat to girls before/after class. It does not appear to be a golden method to getting laid, though, as no one here has yet.

But if you don't already like yoga, an afternoon at H&M or night at the neighborhood bar will be a better use of your time.

You guys inspired me to give it a try. I just came back from my first hot yoga class tonight. My subjective impressions:

Firslty, the studio was packed (Monday evenings are always full, during the week and in the morning / afternoon it is less crowded).

Approx. 30 really fit, fine woman in their 20s and early 30s plus four men and a hot instructor. Men only wear shorts, no shirt. After a while it became a little smelly in the room. But nice views (we stand in front of a mirror wall).

Really friendly vibe. Challenging excercises. Relentless, but motivating and encouraging instructor.

Afterwards, the students don't leave abruptly at all (as I have experienced at other yoga studios). Some take a shower first, but most of the students gather in the lounge and talk while complimentary tea is served. This will be a good time to strike up a conversation next time.

My studio has an offer for beginners: 10 days for 10 EUR. So I'll be back.

To sum it up: Really positive experience. Afterwards, I felt like newly born. Recommended!
