I've only banged one girl I gamed from the gym. Gio you'll like this one.

She was an 18 year old college student. I remember the approach and bang like it was yesterday.

Spotted her doing cardio across from the weights while I was lifting. Brief eye contact.

Changed to another machine, eye contact again.

I saw her going over to do stretching on the mats so I timed it like I was going over there to do abs.

I put in an intense ab workout and I noticed her paying attention.

I got up, toweled off, and chilled out for a bit. My buddy called me and I was on the phone with him for a sec. I timed it so I was walking out of the gym right when she was.

Me: "hey you got a sec?"
Her: "yeah whats up?"
Me: "I couldn't help but notice you stretching while I was doing abs, how long did it take to get that flexible?"

Me < gets digits> "I'll call you so you can save my number."

I say goodbye and dial her, she picks up "Hello?"
"Hey its, xxx, nice meeting have a good rest of the day"
"You too!"

I know this was super direct, but I was on a hot streak and just didn't care at this point. Didn't really feel like putting in small talk after a workout.

Ring her up for coffee two days later. Great convo, walk her to her dorm kiss on cheek. (Beta I know)

Next date I pick her up at her dorm and we go to my place and do wine and jacuzzi. +1


Other approaches in the gym that have led to numbers but no bangs:

Me: "Hey, you got a sec?"
Her: "What"
Me: "Look, I know I don't like being bothered in the middle of my workouts but I had to say hello. I'd love to talk after our workouts if you've got a minute"
Her: "Sure, I've got like 45 min left..."
Me: "Perfect see you later"

Then you talk after, maybe instadate for smoothie. If not, number close.

Its better to do this if you are a regular at the gym and she sees you talking to other people, bantering with staff. So you don't come across as fucking around at the gym just to meet girls. It also helps if you actually are working hard.

Had a go at this the other day.

1. It's a real scorcher! I have never sweated so much in my life under the same time period.

2. The ratio was 5:1. Not all the girls were hard bodies but most were in good shape and you can check out everyone's true form sans make-up and all. Could have easily banged half our class of circaa 20.

3. Room was so small that you were touching other attendees on some positions. Instructor said "take this as an opportunity to feel up your fellow yogis". So obviously the feeling is somewhat primal.

4. Hard to lock down anyone after class as everyone just wanted to get out. Casually talked to three girls. I'll fly under radar and just be a good guy for a couple of sessions until my face is familiar around the place, then I'll start to make moves.

If you are free during the day, try a Monday morning/early afternoon class.

A lot of places where hot girls work like restaurants, museums, and galleries are often closed on Mondays.

Haven't been yet but saw some dimes walking out of the yoga place near my crib Monday just after 1 o'clock.

i go to yoga every so often, but there's only a handful of women i'd be interested in, sure they're mostly young(ish) women with athletic bodies but they're often flat chested and somehow very few of them give off a sexy vibe, in fact it's often the opposite in that many of the women are just unsexy
i don't what it is, maybe it's the zen like state of focus or concentration required for the varioius poses, but there's rarely been a women i've seen at yoga that i'd want to bone
although i am speaking about ireland here, maybe you guys in the states or mainland europe have it better

just went to a hot yoga class yesterday for the first time. a few things i noted:

- heavy female to male ratio
- maybe 2 attractive women out of 20-25 people in the class
- once everyone is done, there is little socializing. everyone usually just wants to leave.

That also sounds like a big class; 25 people.

Mine where maybe 12 at most, and I would say 2 girls were fly, and 4-5 would by swoopable for sure. This was in LA and San Diego.

I went in London and it was a class of over 50! They really crammed you in too so it was pretty rank. Probably 60/40 female and maybe 10% of those swoopable. Also costs a fortune. Not reccomended.

what i've noticed from doing hot/bikram yoga in dublin is
a) butterfaces with well toned bods
b) a few cave trolls (with not so well toned bods)
c) 3s, 4s, 5s and maybe a few 6s (anything over 6 is highly unusual)
d) the quality was on average a lot worse than what i saw at a gig later that evening
e) the collective stench of stale sweat is not an aphrodisiac
f) some of the women are considerably older than they appear at first glance
g) there is the possibility to 'mingle' before/after class but it's a small window plus it's mostly just friendly chit chat that happens, although there's some social proof if your yoga partner has a well toned bod (mine has)
h) said social proof doesn't help much if you never see these women outside of the yoga studio (at least not so far anyway, but i'm keeping my eyes open, cos you never know)

I see a lot of interesting talk in this thread, but did anyone eventually get to bang some girls? Or did you just get caught up looking at all the candy around you? I'd love to hear some "just banged a girl at the yoga" stories.

the thing about yoga is that every yoga studio, teacher, and timeframe attracts different clientele.

at one studio, people may linger a lot longer to chit chat than at another studio.

at the same studio, women may linger to chit chat a lot longer in the afternoon than in the morning or vice-versa.

at another studio, one yogi teacher might attract a more socialable group of clients/customers/practitioners than another.

there's a certain degree of randomness that you gotta figure out. in the end it comes up to you taking the initiative to make relevant small talk chit chat.
