In my opinion, you're stating this much too strongly.

Sure, it's not 100% effective, but it does a pretty decent job.

Here's an article, backed up with studies, that claims it's nearly as effective at preventing accidental pregnancy as condoms (it even addresses the pre-cum claims). They do, of course, admit the possible failure points, but it looks like a lot of the professional talk about it being a worthless birth control method is more scare-mongering in order to get people to be more responsible.

I cannot dispute that study with facts, but I do think that if you start to cum, and you do not pull out but just interrupt it mentally, some of that stuff will be inside your urethra. I've heard anecdotes, from Roosh and others, about guys who have great success with the withdrawal method. Also, it can be difficult to get a girl pregnant even when you're trying. Women are only fertile a few days of the month. And fertility doctors will say that guys with too few or too weak of sperm can never get a woman pregnant, for all practical purposes.

So I don't worry about a single sperm defying the odds. If a guy can blast his entire load into his wife, but can't get her pregnant because his sperm are too few and too weak, it's going to be really hard for me to get her pregnant when I blast on her stomach - I don't care how strong my sperm are (I have no idea - never been tested).

On the other hand, I've seen a spurt of come begin leaking out of my dick before I felt the rush of an orgasm. And the study cited above says some guys have precum that has plenty of sperm in it. All of that makes me nervous.

One thing that helps - in the U.S. you can get Plan B over the counter. It's only $50, which is not cheap, but much cheaper than a pregnancy. After I have a girl take Plan B, I pressure her to get an IUD or BCP or I stop seeing her. I also tend to only fuck girls who are pro-choice and say they don't want kids. All of this is risky, but sex and fun are risky, you can minimize the risk within reason, but you cannot eliminate it, or you will have no fun.

UPDATE:

Thought I'd let you guys know, went in and had an ultra sound, looks like she was at 5 weeks.

The birth sac had developed, no fetus, no heartbeat. She was a little skittish before the ultrasound, but I gave her a hug and told her to relax.

Immediately after the ultrasound she asked and received the abortion shot. This detaches the placenta from the endometrium. (Part 1)

I didn't even say a single word when the doctor was in the room.

Next week she goes back in to get the pill inserted. Which causes contractions and ejects what's left from her body. (Part 2)

Needless to say she feels a lot less stressed and so do I.


Honestly I was having doubts when I first walked in, like I had a heavy hand placed on me like what I was doing was bad, then logic kicked in and I knew it was the right thing to do. I felt like I had bad vibes for a few hours, but I'm ok now.

Sounds callous but it's best $100 I ever spent.
