With the exception of Claire Abbott, women with large real tits usually show a little flab in the belly, ass, or underarms. Not necessarily bad flab, especially if they're young they can still have damn tight bodies. But you can kind of sense they're on the cusp where if they had a few too many beers or cheeseburgers, they wouldn't be skinny any more. Or that they'll be there anyways as they age.

I don't think fake tits necessarily say anything about a girls character. I get that some or even many chicks with fake tits are the stereotypical whores or golddiggers but heck, pretty much most girls I know say they'd like fake tits, not many would pursue the cost or have the means to get them but I think most women would take them if they had the money or if they were given to them, don't think it means anything bad about their character. Boobjobs are actually quite routine these days. I had an ex with fake tits and to this day probably some of the top tits I've ever played with. I've had some really bad ones that were super firm or way to round or wierd but overall I have no aversion to fake tits. Heck I don't have many complaints about tits in general but certain shapes kinda turn me off sometimes or even the big but mushy and not firm tits I'm not a huge fan of.

As far as that pic, I'd lean towards saying fake however I'd need to see more pics than just that side shot. THey look a bit too perky and too round to be real but also could just be a good bra and a young chick.
