Lately I have been talking trash about online game. I see it mostly as a waste of time when compared to meeting in real life, day or night. Since the online space is constantly evolving, the most fruitful areas of the web for meeting women easily/efficiently are constantly changing, new products and platforms come online everyday and these are where people typically hook up the fastest.

Two years ago Tinder was a poosy paradise for online dating. Everyone was attractive. The trolls, and lower quality(i.e. slow) people were not on there. Given that these quicker tech adopters picked up on Tinder first, they were probably a hyper sexualized group. Less texting, less flakes, easier connections. Now Tinder is a slog, it still has that air of newness, but with every cankled pre-middle aged spinster that joins, a kitten loses its wings and is gored by a unicorn in a purple paisley flower patch.

Now Instagram is not a new platform. But its going to be Facebooks revenue driver in the future. And they are betting big time on their new messaging feature.

• The current messaging tool in Instagram sucks to use. No notifications, buried in the app, most people dont even know its there. Except of course for, you guessed, the selfie snapping greater universe of women across the world.
• No one is texting women in IG, even though every women wants as many followers as possible. Its a huge validation for her to get a follower, then a message from a cool new guy.
• I just counted and my response rates are 75%. I text a few times back and forth then I get their number. I have gone on several dates and am seeing two regularly now from IG. I am about to head out tonight and go meet a new one.
• Works for South American, Central American, Eastern European women. There is strong adoption in these countries.
• Locked profiles of women will accept you almost 100% of the time when you request.
• You really see who the women are from their pics. Full body shots so no bait and switches, you see their lifestyles, who they are.
• Have cool pics that illustrate all of the cool things you do, how well you dress, how fit/in shape you are. Take the time and build a cool profile to show some social validation, get a few 100 followers, post good pics, and show off a little.
• Keep your profile locked, and accept their request after you request them.
  

Based on my numbers alone, Instagram has become a solid addition to my game. I dont spend much time on it at all, and can much more quickly transition to real life game, instead of constantly messaging and trying to set something up. As Instagram starts rolling out their new messaging feature, I see a huge spike in opportunity for gaming success on Instagram, then a massive drop off like Tinder. I would give it 3-6 months. Give it a try and report back.

Curious about the specifics of this.

Girls often put their instagram in their Tinder profile, and I've been considering running this type of game. I figured that the hotter ones were getting blown up on there, but you're making me reconsider. 75% response rate is good stuff.


Can you break down your process a bit more?
Do you just search for and follow hot girls then message?
What's the range of girls you've been opening?

Might have to roll a new profile and try this out.

As simple as going to their profile, following them or requesting to follow, then sending a pic message with a little note. Usually just a nice pic of me, nothing aggressive or controversial, or particularly witty, but I would definitely try that. I lock my profile.

Yup, that's pretty much it. Online games gotta be on par, so many thirsty dudes message HB's online man. Ex: A hot girl I know gets messages EVERYDAY, everything from dick pics to dates to "photography shoots". The thirst is truly real on IG.

I dont know man, given the responses I have had, I would say that might be for models, etc, but for regular girls they might not be getting hit up so quick. But who knows, I only know what they tell me.

wait I still don't get how it works. I click on the inbox icon and it opens up "Instagram Direct - send a photo directly to your friend." But then when I hit camera it posts it to my IG rather than sharing it to a friend.

What am I doing wrong?

edit: oh i see you have to click DIRECT instead of FOLLOWERS

what are some good openers you've used? seems like its different than FB or Tinder openers because its pretext-based

Also, when you receive a private msg in IG do you receive a notification of some sort?

Im not too sold on this (but haven't tried it yet) for the following reasons:

1- I like Tinder's privacy. The girls don't see my friends, barely a few pictures, while on Instagram they kinda see your whole life.

2- For the reason mentioned above, girls I would suspect aren't gonna be so open. On Tinder I think they have more freedom to be open. On instagram theyre more exposed. Its kind of like messaging random girls on facebook.

3- More trouble required to have an interesting instagram. I hate taking picture.

4- Perhaps the rarity of messages works in this case as you pointed out, but once it becomes easier and more common, theyre gonna be flooded with messages. In fact in Lebanon I know girls get randomly messaged on instagram A LOT already.

5- Dating apps already screens for girls that want to meet guys more or less. If shes on Tinder shes expected to be there to meet guys. Not so for instagram.

This can definitely work. Two of the hottest girls i've ever had are models from Insta game..
I've only met 3 girls off Instagram, but i have only ever tried messaging about 20. And i only bother messaging 9's as I really don't see it as a good avenue for getting many girls, but i see it as the best (only?) avenue online for getting the real 9's and up unless you get lucky on Tinder. Where else can you see all the hottest girls in the world and see which of them are in your city/country... and then have the ability to access them...?! It staggers me quite frankly.

But it's very hit and miss, simply because the hottest girls are getting messages everyday, plus often i've had girls reply months later after not even realising they had a direct message/picture. These weren't the models with tens of thousands of followers, so my message didn't get lost in the plethora of messages a hot model would get and was still noticeable when they finally checked their 'inbox'.
There are also some staggeringly hot girls with private profiles and not that many followers, so if you request to add them and they accept (probably based on your own profile interesting them) then you're much more likely to get your message seen i guess.

Tip: If i see what looks like an 8+ on tinder with an insta account in their description i'll screenshot them while swiping so i can add them on insta later if they turn out to be as hot as first appears and are in the right location. Unless they are really active the hottest tinder girls won't even see 99% of the guys on tinder that have swiped yes as there are thousands and they just don't get that far. Wheras going more direct to them on insta gives you a (slim) chance to get at them.
I spend a lot of time in airport lounges.. it's a good time killer...!

Tip 2: if you're trying to get the attention of a girl with tens of thousands of followers you better stand out.. the picture has to make an impression (no i don't mean dick pics... think something hilarious and or cute), the message has to be spot on (to the point, funny and confident but NOT try hard and ideally relating to her most recent pic, wait for her to post something you can relate to), and your own Instagram has to be a finely honed insight into an exciting, interesting, high value life. And of course it helps if you look good.. suited up, on beaches, by pools, at the racetrack, on roof terraces, travelling, cute pics, family pics with cute kids etc etc etc
If you want to try to fly under the radar when gaming, this approach is probably not for you..

Tip 3: if you can get added and followed by one or more top tier hot girls, especially models with big followings your DHV shoots up, as other hot girls see you as validated (and yes, they do check that shit, especially if any photos of you have been 'liked' by really hot girls). It's a virtuous circle, just like promoter or social circle game, it gets to a point where you are 'one of the club' and have your foot in the door.

the whole point and maybe I didnt make it clear in my original post is that you message girls on IG who put their IG handle in their Tinder profile. They wouldn't put it out there if they didn't want the thirsty followers. Instead of following you just message them.

I don't think so. But there are "cheats"

You can hashtag the city you're in, or better yet, hashtag a popular bar in your city and you get a million selfies. Plus if you find a hot girl she'll be following other local hot girls so check out who she's following.

Girls I know that instagram seem to do it in pairs or small groups so it's like they have a dedicated photographer. Plus they literally organize events with their friends just to take photos.

Honestly, go out and do fun shit. Don't post memes, positive sayings, constant selfies (unless you hav good looking guy game). Take cool pics of places you're at, take a pic with your boys, make sure you've got girls in your pics.

If you're photogenic use it to your advantage, hell even take some professional pictures (this has multiple uses)

A go pro is a great investment also.

^^ I hear that. I've already got so much going on with online game + Tinder + day game that the last thing I need is another app I need to constantly check. It's getting overwhelming. I like Instagram though, and can see how this would work. Sort of mini Dan Bilzerian game.

That's exactly how i project myself (without his accesories ), any time a tinder girl or girl in general they always mention i look fun and im always doing something. It's not a front and low maintenance, i don't mind.
