Has never steered me wrong even once, esp with flaky young girls. I've even had a few confirm these tactics back to me.

'No' to a given nite out doesn't bother me anymore. If she's getting white-wine white-girl drunk with 5 of her friends or Fri nite, good for her, I got other shit to do. It also means she wants me to take control of the interaction -- if she indicates she would rather hang out with me instead, talk her into doing that. Tell her where to meet you and what time.
If for some reason she no-shows, who cares? Game the other chicks at the bar/lounge/beach.

If she's truly unavailable that nite, but responding, she is hoping you are a man with the plan for another time to party/hook-up. Control the frame, and she will follow along, esp if you project dominance.
