Thanks for the info. Can you comment on how liberal/conservative the local girls are? Do they like dating foreigners? How is the english level of the youth population? Any stories you hear about expats hooking up/dating locals?

Great information on a place I never thought about. How does the city compare to Istanbul.... the city which I just returned from ?

Although I found a segment Turkish women more stylish and attractive then I imagined and the city liberal with cafes and nightclubs.. I found social contacts still more important there as it still is conservative society in many ways.
I assume Pristina would be similar but foreigner status has limited appeal as you note with many expats already there.
