A friend and I recently went to Japan, staying there for about 5 weeks. We noticed quite rapidly the high density of gorgeous girls. We are feeling the need to approach some of them, the problem being our lack of Japanese understanding (linguistically, not culturally). As a consequence, we do not feels confident at all to start (even a simple) conversation.

The question being: How can we, two European foreigners, game Japanese girls/women confidently & efficiently?! Tipps 'n tricks of any kind are highly appreciated.

Walk up randomly and speak English in a mocking tone. Girls in Japan want to be treated like little kids.

"Hello!"
"Herrooooooooo!"
"How are you?"
"I'm...fine!"
"You are beri cutoo."
"Sankyuuuuuu!"

And so on until she opens her legs.

The Japanese thread probably has better info, but if you're too lazy to go there, I've lived here for a few years and have a few tips:

Knowing the language is a huge help, it's like a 500% booster for success, haha. But seeing as how you are probably already there, it might be too late for that. I'm also assuming you are in Tokyo or Kanagawa Prefecture. If you are anywhere else, the language barrier is even worse. Try doing something more indirect. It'll probably make you cringe a little, but pretending to be lost or not understanding the super-easy train system has lead to many phone numbers being given out, haha.

Streetgame is not easy pretty much anywhere, but if you want a better shot, go to places like Ginza, Ebisu, Roppongi, Shibuya, or Shinjuku, all of which are accessible either directly from or one train swap from the Yamanote Line(inner circle).

Two things that will also help you guys out a lot if you go clubbing. Dress and connections. The clubs out there are relatively strict on dress code(nicer shoes, slacks, and button up or vneck always work). If you try to go anywhere with shorts or open-toed shoes, you'll be turned away. As for connections, make them early in the night. Bartenders will hook you up more than you think. If you need club names, just pm me, I can help you out.
