Excerpts of TV-Shows on Youtube - legal?
Hi

I am thinking of creating a youtube video, based on a TV-Show. However I am not sure about the legal situation.

As far as my understanding goes, I suppose that the creating of a video based on excerpts of TV-SHow is illegal and against the copyright. However there is so much content on youtube of it, I am curious if there is a legal solution to this problem.
