I also think this point is exaggerated. Obviously certain rules of engagement are recommended for any guy who goes down this route.

But plenty of transactional relationships run smoothly. You only hear in the media about the ones that blow up spectacularly. Can we generalize from those? No more than we should generalize about the thousands of commercial flights that take off and land safely every day by reading about a few plane crashes that occur in a given year.

As I mentioned earlier, many of these escorts/prostitutes have legit boyfriends on the side. So they prostitute for rich men, but then form sexual relationships with handsome alphas with game. My point is that if a woman is in an "arrangement" with you, that's prostitution and she most likely has other men on the side.

Transactional sex can run smoothly, but she's still in control and she's playing you. Yes there are men who pay for sex without getting into trouble, but I'd say a relationship is always better when you have the power.

Turns out this woman's former boyfriend also died of a heroin overdose and they're re-opening that case to see if she killed him too.
