The problem with the USA when it comes to India, you've always supported Pakistan.

BRIC is a pretty powerful force but how cohesive it will be in the future when it comes to policy is a series of unknowns. Another interesting thing is if the economic alliance of A.S.E.A.N. countries are dominated by BRIC in the future instead of falling under U.S. foreign policy. This means the entire region of SEA, NEA (except korea and Japan), as well as a big part of Latin America will come under control of a completely different world order.

India is in an interesting place right now in world history. It can reinvent itself and blaze its own path away from being a colonial patsy like in the past.
