A bit surprised by the responses here as well with 1-3 times being the norm.

3 times is about right.

Haven't heard of pygeum and lecithin but I recommend l-citrulline instead of l-arginine. Citrulline is converted to arginine in the body but with significantly better absorption rate than taking regular arginine supplement (arginine supplement supposedly needs a little help from something else to be effective, might be one of the two other supplements I don't recognize).

I'm currently taking around 2x 3000 mg (powder mixed in orange juice) of l-citrulline a day (supposedly helpful with doses from around 1500 mg per day, but safe in much higher doses) and it seems to have had a noticeable effect on erections. Also gives a stronger pump after a workout due to improved blood flow, which if nothing else at least feels good.
I'm also taking 30 mg zinc, which I'm not 100% sure has had any obvious effect on directly sex related matters but may or may not have had an effect in my workout regimen.

I can't figure out if these types of threads are filled with posturing and exaggeration or if I'm just a complete sexual failure. I have, numerous times. If I can't cum for some reason and we've been going at it long enough that I'm getting bored and losing focus (I lose track of time during sex, but I'd guess that probably happens after well less than an hour of continuous fucking, I usually prefer going multiple times instead if I'm having fun) - with next stop a potential lost erection - I have not frequently but still a significant number of times faked an orgasm with a new girl.
With someone I've been banging for weeks or months and we've gotten to know each other's habits and behaviors a little better I'll just suggest a break in a situation like that.
