Title says it all. Every time I have sex for the 3rd time in a day, I can't cum no matter how long I fuck for. Going raw or getting (good) head doesn't seem to work. The only thing which does is pulling out and jerking myself off with a death grip. It's extremely frustrating wanting to and willing yourself to cum and being unable to and stopping sex to jerk myself to orgasm kills the vibe and feels very anti-climatic (pardon the pun) and like I might as well be masturbating by myself instead. Girls find it very strange too. Plus I never go for a 4th round because of this as well.

I can't find any solution for this problem online including the forum, all the advice is for people who can't cum at all, when I only have trouble if I've cum twice before that day. Can anyone help me out here?

Maybe you've been jerking off with too strong a grip, so cut that out.
Beyond that, you are really within the normal range anyway. When I was younger 3 times raw would be my max except for a very few occasions, and now at 40, 2 is pretty much my max. I don't push it or try to have lots of orgasms anyway. If the third fuck just kind of fizzles out without orgasm, no problem.

Happens to me as well bro.

I don't worry about it too much, and use it to my my advantage by fucking past my girl's orgasm. ie: She cums, and I keep fucking, whether she wants me to or not. I have essentially the same problem.

Question: the first time you do it out of the three times, do you actively try to not cum too quickly?

I usually try to last a reasonably long time in the first round to make it good for the girl (<-- is that beta?), but I find this exacerbates the problem considerably by the time I get to round 3, by which point I sometimes need to really try to mentally get myself highly aroused (sometimes having to think of other girls/fantasies, focus on the motion/slow down etc). And often the amount of effort involved makes the sex un-enjoyable, and I'd rather just not have it the 3rd time. I always wear a rubber these days so that probably doesn't help either.

Also, since I anticipate the problem beforehand, the anxiety associated with that probably makes it worse still, and it sometimes makes me not want to have sex the 3rd time because of that. Even the 2nd round can be problematic already, where I have to put some effort in to come. Sometimes I have to fake orgasm cos I don't want the girl to think that it's something to do with her and get upset over it (<-- is that beta?), because I just really want it to be over and done with.

It kinda sucks. I don't really know if it's normal or not.

It could be a pure placebo effect but Ive been taking zinc between sessions and have noticed an increase in performance and in particular the ability to cum. I dont have a problem getting it hard but sometimes find it impossible to cum after one or two sessions. The zinc has definently helped but again could just be mental.

Maybe you are just bored by the third time.

There has to be a little anxiety for sex to be fun. If you've already fucked her twice, maybe you are too far in the comfort range to feel the anxiety of attraction.
