No idea on the situation in Kharkiv but I know it's on Uber so that would be good enough for me.
Unless someone has field experience: you should decide whether it's better to be closer to an university area (access to babes) or closer to Puzata Hata (convenient eating) / Nightlife (although if Kharkiv ends up being a mini-Kyiv the ratios of non-pros might not be good).
Is Uber all that you need in life?
Kharkiv is ok, but quite oppressive city. The central part of the city is pleasant, but spread out so takes time to get to your favourite places.
The only thing Puzhata is good for is as a laxative.
If you think that you're going to escape foreign guys and escorts by going to Kharkiv you have another thing coming, it's full of Islamic students and the clubs have many whore (especially Bolero)
Russian levels are low there, and they are not as interested in foreigners as you might imagine.
As with any city in Ukraine, DG is King.
Kharkiv offers nothing over Kiev apart from lower prices

You think you don't need it until you end up in a city that banned Uber / Grab or doesn't have an Uber / Grab office.. In such a place I already got scammed by a taxi driver and snowflake me is still upset about it..
Kind of like being reliant on Google Map and then being forced to go back to paper maps. Used to be a pro at that back in the day but seriously don't want to do it again.

how much time have you actually spent in Ukraine Baatum?
I was wondering the same
I think he spent a couple of days in Zaporozye, got a few tinder matches, then disappeared
A lot of speculation, and little first hand experience it seems

I don't know, it's certainly not for the countless works to be read nor is it for the ability to understand the tremendous history of the beautiful country that is Mother Russia.
Fucking Russian girls is just a nice bonus, you can fuck them with English and French anyway, you don't need to learn Russian if all you're after is a fuck.
Ah give me a break, if your logic was right we would all be learning Indian and Chinese for the thousand of years heritage of both dynasties.
But nope, we learn spanish for SA latinas and russian for slavic EE girls.
No, I disagree. Learning Chinese or Indian enables you to speak them in two or three countries max while learning Spanish or Russian lets you speak the language of 20 and 10+ countries respectively. So even from a pure travelling standpoint (and not banging chicks) learning Spanish and Russian is much more beneficial then all other languages including Chinese and Indian.
I always tell this to the Rus/Ukr chicks when they ask me "But why Russian?!"

First trip to Ukraine was in 2010 which was around the same time when Roosh was doing his trips in the region and made his first big publication. But I'm sure anonymous internet warriors such as yourselves are going to claim you've been going to Ukraine since 1992 and know more than Roosh or myself.
Anyway tonight, when I am actually abroad in a foreign country (where are you?) I will be toasting some premium beer to your names.

I don't contest this as I haven't been to Ukraine, but why would an Orthodox city like Kharkiv be full of Islamic students?
I saw them in Lviv, Kiev and Zaporozhye. I don't see why Kharkiv would be different.
In theory: Ukraine is considered semi-famous for medical education at cheap rates.
In practice: Does Ukraine really have better education than Morocco? Even though places like Morocco have a per capita GDP than Ukraine? It seems like they're using it as an excuse to go drink vodka and have sex with prostitutes to me. And I kind of see some evidence for this such as the Middle Eastern and African male seems to outnumber their female counterpart by 3:1 or more.

The reputation is warranted and has been earned. You may be a Canadian citizen but your constitution is Middle Eastern. Why is this so difficult to comprehend.
If you're still perplexed I suggest reading through the hundreds of pages in this thread, you'll see the issue of the creepy tourists damaging the local's attitudes has been discussed ad infinitum.
I am not sure where I said it is difficult for me to comprehend or that I am "perplexed", because I am really not. All I was asking is that if you know of a city in Ukraine that the Turkish/Middle Eastern sex tourist stereotype is not as strong as it is in Kiev and Kharkiv (i.e. a city that receives less sex tourists from these countries every year).
If you have experience in Ukraine and can suggest such a city, please tell me.
