This one girl I work with never mentions her boyfriend. Actually, she did once, coincidentally after I had decided I was interested. He also has come to see her twice, which suggests hes the more clingy one. I suspect she is just waiting for someone to finally give her a new option.

This other girl I messed up with twice because I didnt know enough game and just didnt have the general DAMN THE TORPEDOES thought process yet, referred to her boyfriend by first name. We were going to rendezvous, but he came over the night before (lucky bastard). She didnt even say "my boyfriend came over", she said just his name. I should also mention that he once messaged me on Facebook to stop talking to her, when I barely did. This is happening sooner or later.

I figure after these two and one more, Ill have a reputation, and can use that as a retort.

"Oh god, you're that girl" with a smirk. Wait for her response. She will say something dumb like "omg, what do you mean." I always spin it as the girl with the make believe BF, she will either take the bait and keep the flirting or you eject if she is bitchy.

I prefer to react with some tact instead just abruptly ending the conversation and moving to the next.
