In my Greek experience, girls in long distance relationships almost always strayed, either 'officially' or not.

Men and in fact wider society, values a woman sexuality more than anything else. I think this is why, its an uncomfortable feeling, even after years of digesting the red pill. Yeah, I guess that was kind of my thought too. We now get to witness just how awful women's behavior is once all of the social, legal, and cultural restraints are pulled away. And it's truly ugly. But just "loving them as they are" sounds more like resignation to me than any sort of epiphany.
