In my distant social circle is a lady friend I've known for a few years and have hung around with in group situations a number of times. There is obvious sexual tension between us, which she has acknowledged. She is very attractive and I think she has become accustomed over her life to having beta orbiters do shit for her without her putting out for them. She is in an LTR with a beta provider who resides at a distant, geographically-separated location.

Recently, she emailed me and asked me to do her a big favor. It would have involved me going way out of my way and doing a minor ethical violation with my work (not enough to get me fired, but sufficient to get me a stern talking-to from the boss if it came up). I have never done any big favors for her before and she has never asked. I tried to give a teasing response so it wouldn't be too cold. I responded along the lines of, "LOL, are you trying to get me trouble. You know I can't do that! Why don't you do [suggested alternative course of action] instead?" I guess I haven't maintained a strong enough frame around her if she thought she could get away with imposing on me like that.

She answered politely and succinctly and when I've seen her since, she has been a little distant and overly polite. It appears that she is fairly indignant and frustrated that I said no.

I understand that saying no to a woman helps increase attraction. So, while she's feeling this more intense emotion towards me, how do I use it to my advantage?

Good job holding frame, but I think you're being too passive in general. If there's "obvious sexual tension" then act on it. Run standard game and if she's going to be too big a pain in the ass then forget her. Don't over complicate these things.

Best scenario is to indirectly tell her that she'll get what she wants from you only if she bangs you.

Say "yes" to a girl you banged or to a girl who is sexual towards you, and say it in front of her. Women can't stand some other woman having what they don't, so they'll do anything and more to take it from her.

She clearly wanted something from you, and now that you've refused she's keeping you at arm's length, believing you to be of little value to her and staying polite for the purpose of social etiquette.
Classic behaviour that can be circumvented with the correct strategy.
For all external appearances, she should now be dead to you. Run game on the other women in your circle and continue as normal. If she attempts to open a dialogue, choose to do so at your own discretion, but don't deviate from your routine.
Other than that, just keep punching Apollo.
