Okay here's the situation:
This past weekend I went to a club with a girlfriend of mine who wound up bringing two of her friends. When I picked them up I was surprised, one of them was this smoking hot blonde, solid 8, maybe 8.5, and her friend from out of town, a bangeable but somewhat frumpy little 6 (I don't even like blonde white girls) but I already knew I'd be gaming the 8 all night. We started off at a couple bars first and we totally hit it off, I was playing it cool, being playful, wandering off and checking out other girls, and when I was around her managed to keep her attention. I initiated some physical contact and she reacted really well, arm at the small of her back, holding her close to me, etc, she was giving me positive IOIs too, asking me about my life, career, favorite restaurants, etc...

Well, by the time we got to the club, the two friends managed to get into "Idiot drunk white girl mode" and it went downhill. The 8 managed to fall on her ass at one point and sat it out, while the 6 was asking me if I liked her friend (she obviously wanted me), which I playfully avoided. Some booty shaking song came on (which was weird considering it was a techno club) and just for shits and giggles I start grinding with the 6 and she was getting REALLY into it, reaching around behind her and grabbing my waist to basically grind as hard as she could on me. I had no desire to take her home, but in retrospect, there was a bathroom in the VIP area we were in that noone was using and was lockable, and could have banged her there. However, I wanted to follow up with the 8 (actually, already did yesterday, no response yet), simply because we had a great vibe up until she decided to get wasted. I don't think she'd appreciate me banging her friend in a skeezy bathroom in a club and then sending her on her way...but you never know, girls are weird about that shit, maybe it would initiate some jealousy and get her to chase a little?

What would you have done?

Bang the 6 if it's there..the 8 was drinking up enough courage to have sex with you but it backfired. She probably won't call.

I know there have been many times I had the for sure girl in hand but wasted my time attempting something that was more challenging and you end up at home alone with your dick in your hand.

Well, to be fair, I didn't exactly go home alone with my dick in my hand...got a Filipina FB that's considerably hotter than the 6 but I try not to use her as a "backup plan" because that probably makes me less aggressive and proactive when I'm out.

No question. This is absolutely true in my experience too. Greed, when it comes to bitches, NEVER pays. Always go for the sure thing and leverage the lower-quality bang to upgrade and get the other one. The universe has a way of rewarding you for putting in that kind of work.

Alright, not that I want to turn this thread into my own personal diary of this particular girl, but she did get back to me, and we have a date. While my percentages of callbacks, followups, and same day closes aren't great, I will say that my percentages after the first date are pretty solid =)

I will concede that it's better to go for the sure thing, but if I posted pics of the two girls mentioned here, I'm pretty sure there'd be a unanimous agreement that I'm doing the right thing here...especially considering I'm already getting some from a regular FB. This chick is smokin'...

Simple as that. Chances are the 6 and 8 talked to each other about you, and the 6 said she liked you, so the 8 backed off. However, you went for the 8, who told the 6, who got pissed, but might still bang you if you see her again, but you better get her a little tipsy first.
