I really don't get these sexual harassment things what is the point of commenting on a hypothetical scenario, that sounds like a fucking novel. The only way a woman can see her "love" is to become a whore for the night its probably an actual female fantasy.

Anyway this is another in the long list of reasons why the "west" is declining/losing ground to the developing world because while western companies are doing this shit, people in other parts of the world are actually going to work and actually doing what their paid to do, not listen to HR bullshit.

Sexual harassment classes are supposed to be focused on what's legal and what isn't. From what I recall last class: in US culture touching on the shoulder or arm, good. Touching on the boobs, ass, or genitals, no. Feet and legs specialized to shoe salesmen helping fit on shoes and boots. Has to be done by the hands and intential --a crowded elevator where your ass, boobs, junk or snatch get inadvertently backed into is not sexual, it's just crowded. But don't intentially grind your junk or snatch on someone in the elevator, or poke them with umbrellas or other objects. Tapping someone on the shoulder or upper arm to get their attention is not sexual harassment.

If you're in an close quarter industrial setting with limited hearing, you're going to communicate with your team in a coordinated ballet, a lot of it by touch. This is just called "working". Bunny suited teams in high tech fields like chip fabrication and biotech working in clean rooms have fewer "don't touch" zones, and patting people on the ass as a "go" signal is accepted and preferred over, say, poking then in the belly or knocking loudly on their helmet. Tapping on the arm is seldom noticed and could spill what the fuck they're doing at the moment, and you're all wearing gloves.

HR did such a bad job it got outsourced to consultants, and now this is being replaced by even lower cost web classes you can flex to your schedule where you read the scenario and then choose a, b, c, or d.

The worse one is the "safe child" training. What are the signs of child abuse. What report forms must be filed with which useless government agency. Never be alone with a child in a closed room, always have a door open or at least be visible through a window by another adult who can CYA as a witness afterwards. Truly, the future is going to be every child remotely taught through skype just to avoid all the dumb ass helicopter parent lawsuits.

Holy shit, you're right.

The woman creates an elaborate fantasy where she gets a moral pass sleeping with a sociopathic alpha while in a relationship, because she has to do it to see her beta boyfriend. This is total romance novel territory.

The "correct" moral ranking is woman first, alpha second, beta last, because beta is always last. It isn't about morality, but female desire. Which is why OP could ditch the meeting because he was being alpha, and she wanted to sleep with him later.

All sexual harassment stuff is about ingraining the female imperative, so the woman is never wrong.

I can't abuse and advantages of being an ethnic minority as i can't just switch my skin color or where I was born but in terms of sexual choice, there is no commitment to that. People turn 'gay' after years of marriage etc so there is nothing stopping me or anyone else from claiming that they are gay for the 5 minutes that it is advantageous and then 'realizing my true feelings again' and checking a different box on a piece of paper. Any sort of 'test' or 'proof' would come across like Michael Scott and Oscar on the office.

Again, I don't know how this would at all be relevant to Anti's job.

it's true. I was also read a statistic that 9 out of 10 woman are sexually assaulted. I called bullshit on that and asked for the source. I could believe that possibly 90% of woman were harassed, because apparently the definition of harassment is so broad these days, but 90% of women being sexually assaulted is ludicrous.

as far as the HR chick goes, I knew her for a bit before the class.

She texted me later that day telling me that she didn't agree with the class either, but she had to teach it that way to keep her job. I understood. We bantered back and forth via text for a bit, with her always responding immediately to my texts. Noticing that, I went out on a limb and invited her for a drink. The rest is history.

And my position is solid. This happened a bit back and I waited to see how the situation would play itself out before I posted. I did have to sit down with my boss and talk about it, once It was apparent that I wasn't condoning sexual assault and was instead in disagreement with the actual material he didn't care and had a good laugh. He's a red pill guy too, he just had to cover his ass and sitting me down checked that block for him.

Honestly, I've always found sexual harassment rules to be rather sensible and straightforward. You hear crazy stories from the media, sure, but the policies I've seen are fairly sensible. If you run good game with plausible deniability, you should have no issues. They boil down to don't touch someone inappropriately, and don't keep asking someone out even as they keep saying nos. And don't make sexual contact a precondition for employment or promotions.

If you want to fuck a chick from work, tell her once that you're going out for a drink at X day and time, and say she's welcome to join. If she wants to fuck you, she will say yes or offer a different date. Don't do it if she's married, and don't fucking email it either. Also, she's not going to disappear like a girl at the bar, so don't try to escalate quickly if it's not natural. If she doesn't do drinks with you, back the fuck up, end of story, you still have your job and everything's fine.

One thing that does fucking bug me is the 'hostile work environment' bit - a girl can get you pimpslapped by corporate if you make a risque joke and she overhears it and has a stick up her ass.

Some American girls love to put on this purity play. They'll start by making dirty jokes from time to time, but the moment you say something remotely sexual, they'll feign offense, shock, shame, all of it. And there's really nothing you can do except avoid them. That's why I prefer to avoid most girls at work - you never know when they're going to play the prissy card, no matter how big a hoe they actually are. I had a friend working in oil - it wasn't even the derricks or anything, just broker types in a metropolitan American office. Dude is not red pill really, but he said the boss hired a woman once, some drama ensued and they now have an explicit policy against hiring women lol.

Run 'cool guy game' ( http://www.rooshv.com/16-different-types-of-game ), a little non-sexual teasing and then let her invite herself to your outing for drinks. That is very much allowed by any sexual harassment guidelines I've seen. Just don't repeatedly invite her out if she refuses.

If this story is not apocryphal, then indeed, WTF was the fictional scenario about the woman and the pilot about? Taken at face value, it's a load of BS, and how dare they! Yet that's precisely the point. It's a shit test. Most people will keep their heads down and shut up. Idiots will speak out and get themselves in the shit. This kind of thing is like a honey trap to a whole segment omega men. They don't realise that the point of sexual harassment seminars has nothing to do with "truth". Yea, that's crazy. But sexual harassment is really what it is. Funny shit is who do you go complain to? The HR Department who sponsored this "sensitivity training," with a sexual driver at it's core? I used to work in a government job in UK a couple of years ago. We had a diversity training class. It was run by a short haired dyke who said she found the word “lady” offensive.

She said in class that the local council encourages diversity and has Asian, Black and even Irish associations. I asked her why there wasn’t a white association. (I’m not white BTW, I was just trolling her). She said that’s a complicated question and she’ll answer to me in person after the class.

She also said that different communities may not get along with each other because of ignorance. She said that one community may have stereotypical views of the other, and that if they took the trouble to learn more about each other they would get along fine. I then asked her why some communities who know everything about each other and live side by side still hate each other, like Hindus and Muslims in India. (I was not trolling this time). Again, she said that’s a complicated question and she’ll answer to me in person after the class.

Guess what happened when class ended? The bitch left the room before anybody had the opportunity to talk to her.
