Got a cuties number....she leaves town in two days. I met her this morning which leaves wed or thurs nite to meetup.

Should I text her later today and give her a choice to meet me tonight or tomorrow night? Or should I just text her tomorrow and ask her out on thurs night?

personally, I would just ask her if she was coming over to say goodbye on wednesday or thursday and leave it up to her. So yeah text later today

Me: hey let's do drinks at xyz bar at 7:00.

If she says no and doesn't suggest tomorrow night as an option, move on.

^^^ Took the words out of my mouth. Last days are usually filled with goodbyes, planning, stress etc. Also be agressive as hell and have your logistics tight. That way it's not a big deal and she can get loose. Time is not your friend, you'll never see her again

thanks for tips...the other guys too. She hasnt texted back though and its been almost 2 hours so I guess its a moot point. Frustrating....maybe I should have set a definite date right there? Is that a good tactic?

Time and activity is always good. Sometimes it's like negotiating plans, you tell her this hour and she'll ask for later or earlier, but it shows you already have a plan. Don't make it sound like a date, specially since her time space was short. Meeting up or hanging out is more casual, date sounds like several-day-process, that's why when hanging out, you can insta-date her, it's almost like an extension of your already cool interaction.
