I had to delete OKC, I gave it a run for a couple of days for pipelining reasons, but I only get disgusting feminists. It's probably due to me having a similar 'lifestyle' as these wannabe's.
My parents raised me as a vegetarian and I've felt comfortable keeping this up, but it has never been a lifestyle or a reason to show condescending behavior. But as I used OKC to pipeline to Berlin, I had a boatload full of disgusting looking women who matched with me for 85%. All of them were artsy with a nose-ring and very try hard on that hipster thing that doesn't seem to want to die out.

I like tinder better, it gives me better matches when being judged on my appearance.

I've noticed that, for me, response rates seem to have been going down in recent weeks. There was a period in the early summer where it seemed like my inbox was blowing up with responses, and I could easily move the conversation to a phone number and a date, but right now my response rate is definitely lower than 10%. I do get some responses from decent women, but it seems very difficult for me to hold their interest compared to a couple months ago.

Often they'll send a positive response to my opener, and I'll hit them back hoping to work towards a number/date, and they'll never reply to my second message. This is happening often enough now that it feels like this is some new game - there was even one chick who basically asked _me_ on date in her reply ("Hey! When are you gonna be near me this week?") but when I got back to her just a few hours later, I never heard from her again.

Is their attention span shrinking? Is it the change of season? Did they forget to take their ADHD medication this month?

Edit: I almost forgot that it's the beginning of the new school year. For me, college is ancient history, but then I remembered that many of these girls are still in college in their late 20s or early 30s, acquiring endless advanced degrees in the humanities and social sciences and racking up mountains of debt, to avoid entering the real world as long as possible.

^XPQ21, I have been getting a much smaller response rate as well. It's a seasonal tingling they get. Once summer roles around, women want to have that summer fling or mini relationship that will last until the fall or winter once the sweaters come out and they can pack the boobs away. This is when women become lazy and skip gym days. Some become chubby and don't want men to see them in their true form. They are hesitant to respond because they have lost their "edge."

However, there are girls that are the exact opposite after seeing their friends getting all the guys which motivates them to workout and create an online dating profile. During this season, it is definitely hit or miss with no gray area. Persistence will lead you to success.

In Los Angeles, there are loads of fake profiles, but yes they do get taken down quickly. A lot of cam whores and other scam girls that are not on there to date.

Anyone experimented with an optimum time of the week to send opening messages? I'm starting to think that sending openers early in the week is a waste of time. I get some interest, but often the girls have faded on me in text messaging by the time the weekend rolls around as they get intrigued with other options. I think I'm going to start concentrating on making contacts on Thursday or Wednesday at the latest.

We share the same experience, Sunday is the one day folks are mostly home, with their phone close by prepping/recharging for the upcoming work week.

Stands to reason your response rate, along with your response times would improve being aware of this tendency

If you have few responses and are not getting opened on a regular basis by at least below average girls it means your pictures are not good enough assuming you are not really short. This is all assuming enough people use OKC where you live.

It is funny how many women write netflix but to be fair if you ever browse the male profiles it's fucking awful. It's basically full of douchebags in a bathroom mirror with their shirts off or guys standing by their car(in the states at least).


One thing to note. About 1 out of every 5 girls will write that they are sacrastic as if its a skill they are proud of. Keep the fuck away from them.

I've been having a bit of a torrid time on internet dating in the last couple of weeks so much so I've basically written off every girl on my phone (about 7 of them) and starting from scratch.

I went on a date with one girl last week, managed to get her to my place but she still wouldn't kiss, when leaving she said she really liked me and would like to see me again. It doesn't mean jack fucking shit when she doesn't have sex with you, let alone kiss. All it means is that she's keeping the option open in case she has nothing else. We actually talked on the phone during the week, but surprise surprised she flaked with some bollocks "I've been going out a lot recently and need to take a break" all the meanwhile she's on Okcupid the whole fucking weekend. I straight up deleted her number.

OKCupid is like a drug to women, "oh my god if I could get this guy imagine who else I could get". They'll bang here and there, eventually usually find someone in social circle and turn off their profile on the site. In some cases girls are there for over a year or two. To put it bluntly there must be something seriously wrong with those and best avoided.

Also had a couple of dates with another girl, who kisses but wouldn't do anything more. What's the point. I've written her off as well. So I'm spending the next few hours developing new leads.

Dude that's nothing. I had girls who sent the first initial message flake on me.... I mean I could understand a flake if there isn't a strong attraction, but why would a girl send the first message if there is no strong attraction? I think the best way to game on okcupid is to shotgun, send a message like "netflix and wine?" to 100 girls, and watch your inbox fill up then game from there. I found focusing on one girl gives very diminishing returns.

Yes for sure, my usual strategy is to get about 20 phone numbers and to work on those. Usually it will cut down to about 3-5 naturally that you go out with and can eventually fuck. I've been averaging at least 2-3 dates a week in the last few months and that's nearly all from online game. I just haven't replenished recently with new numbers. This is coming from a 7.5 guy who can get 80% back to my place on the first date, my problem is usually they think I'm wealthy after getting to my bachelor pad and view me in the provider category. I may need to make up a story about a flatmate asleep in the other bedroom and take them straight to mine with no tour of the place.

I'm OK enough with finding girls to bang but I must say I'm terrible at keeping them on into a relationship at a time where I wouldn't mind something more serious, but that's the nature of online girls they are far more comfortable with someone from their social circle for that. So I'll guess I have no choice but to keep on banging and not see them again after a few dates as they themselves wish. What a shame
