Does anybody here supplement with garlic pills and do they have any brands they would recommend? I do not like raw garlic cloves and don't want the bad breathe and odor that can sometimes come with this but the benefits of garlic are too good to give up. Any insights?

i take Swiss brand odourless... Biggest benefit is that I never get sick. Even if I feel a cold coming on (sore throat, sore eyes etc) I just pop a couple and feel better the next morning. Great for the immune system

I love garlic, tend to eat a lot of garlic period but also supplement, I personaly think garlic is kind of a overall good health thing, been used for a long long long time. I used to buy the normal garlic pills but I'd burp garlic like crazy. They make the odorless pills, a bit less effective and not 100% no smell but better than normal garlic pills. One other thing, I hear garlic and onions make your cum taste bad so make sure to stay hydraded and eat plenty of fresh fruits and veggies or maybe cut the garlic on a day you got a hot date.

I prefer raw crushed garlic. Leave the crushed garlic uncovered for 30-60 mins and it will start to rot/brown. I believe the browning is caused by allicin, which is the thing that gives you all the health benefits.
