I do notice for younger girls that wearing lots of black, being somewhat buff, tan with one sleeve or half sleeve combined with a giant white watch and empty glassy drug abuser eyes can seal the deal.

Life's too short to not have a chin, or to have a ridiculous cartoon chin.

An old buddy of mine had a MASSIVE chin, I'm talking bigger than Jay Leno. It was like a crescent moon, but worse.

He had plastic surgery break that bitch down and he looked tremendously better afterwards.

If you can afford it, use plastic surgery to enhance your looks or make you look better. Who cares...

Correct. The nose is an expensive and risky addition. I would prefer to avoid that surgery if i could.

The surgeries total an expensive number, so getting surgery would make moving less viable at least in the very near future.

Also im in my late 20's so i;d be able to grow facial hair by now if i ever were going to.

How about this instead of spending so much money on surgery, you find a way to invest it on something that can potentially allow you to have a better career.
