He's right, it is a persona he created. He is just a man with a serious cross-dressing fetish. These sorts of men are sometimes diagnosed as autogynephilic - men who sexually fetishize being fucked as a woman.

Odds are, guys like this love to pretend to be a woman to sleep with straight men. Further, they love to politicize their sexuality and chest-beat over "gender-bending" and "sexual acceptance." As if social progress hinges on celebrating gay men dressing as women while sporting a full-on Roosh beard.

Straight up attention seeking behavior, while openly mocking the men he is sexually attracted to (straight men) because -- deep down -- he has a terrible relationship with his sexuality.
