An "After Dark" event is on again, this Friday. Thanks pr2004cn for the tip. Buy tickets early or be scramblin to get one at the door based on my above experience. Maybe a bigger crowd than last time due to the weather.

It seems you get around since, being from Chicago myself, Naperville, Aurora and Schaumburg are all a good distance away from the city.
Westwood is a decent place for Schaumburg. It can get crowded easily so there can be a lot of local girls to approach. Drink can be decent if you want to stay in the Schaumburg area for nightlife. Foundry is decent, moreso on the earlier side there's metlife and a lot of businesses over there so you get a lot of women going out for drinks with the girls afterwork. Later at night however its more dudes, groups and attached women.

Formerly walter paytons now two brothers roundhouse is pretty cool in the summer. They have those big gazebos and fireplaces and several bars outside, live music, plus have like martini bars and comedy clubs inside. You also have some decent bars downt the street by teh casino. Downtown aurora is getting nicer and you get some students from Aurora university and even waubonsie community college over there.

I like Naperville because outside of the city and rosemont its like the only place you can walk and barhop. Most burbs nightlife is like a tgifridays however downtown naperville has 15-20 bars you can walk to which is kinda cool, cops are crazy with DUIs down there though so gotta be careful.

The lodge in lisle though sleezy used to be pretty hopping, used to be wed night ladies night which was better than most places on fri and sat nights. I havn't been in a while though stopped in about a year ago on a wed when i was in town and it was dead where as the streets used to be lined with cars and even those tennis courts and parking lots would be full.

The afterhours spots can be fund galways in like lombard or cadillac ranch or really sleezy tooters out in country club hills lol.

Try St. Charles. I always had more success there. Very similar to Naperville, but I felt a more laid back laid back vibe there. Plus there are a few bar/restaurants there that have high quality talent waitressing there, I'm blanking out on the names though. There is also Batavia and Geneva right next to St. Charles. Both are smaller, but have decent downtowns that can be fun.

In the summer time try the outlet mall in aurora. It's outdoors and right on 88 so people from all over can get there easily. No shortage of talent there. Also, Oak Brook Mall. Oak Brook is an upscale area and there will be plenty of talent at that mall though upscale can have the potential for bitchiness. Also an outdoors mall.

Logistics may not be great for you, but check out some of the northern suburbs. For the life of me I can't think of the names, but there are some good spots there. Plus you can get up into the lakes area. Those are good summer spots. This is hardly reliable, but every girl I've ever met from Buffalo Grove has been hot.

I've never really heard anything good about southern suburbs thought I know people that live in a few spots there and they like it, but there are also a lot of bad places in the south suburbs. Much like the south side of Chicago, but not quite as bad. If you want "country" or just an experience, go to Joliet. I F'in hate that place, but it has a large population for a "suburb" and it is right on the I-80 border (if you live in northern Illinois, south of I-80 is "the south"). I stereotype that places as white trash and stupid, but stupid girls are easy.

Look out for festivals in the suburbs too. A lot of towns have a summer festival and there will be plenty of day game opportunities and an above average number of people going out at night in that locale.

And definitely not Chicago area, but southern Wisconsin (lake Geneva and the like) are basically vacation spots for northern illinois people. Can be a lot of fun. Had I not gotten so drunk every time I've been there I probably could've done pretty well. Although there may be more of a late 20s/30s crowd there, my memory is overall rather fuzzy about the details.

You bring up some good points. I find girls DT naperville to have a shit dont stink attitude really hard to game, although maybe I'm just lacking in that dept lol. I've had more luck with older chicks downtown naperville.

I can't stand the bouncers down there either. I mentioned this to cobra but everywhere but especially places like black finn and even worse features you give these guys and earpieceand they think they are fucking working at studio 54, its ridiculous

I think one of hte best places to game is club 29 or 29 lounge or whatever they call it above potters place. Black Finn I guess is a good spot though just not my cup of tea.

Lantern i think is a great place to game, not the traditional atmosphere but I think you get a diff type of girl who goes there more down to earth. they used to have a bartender who was like playboys top bartender there cant remember her name blond chick short hair, a bit too hard/rough looking for my tastes though.

Little piece of valuable info for any of you guys from chicago or even better west burbs. Not sure why but there's a HUGE number of au pairs in downers grove. They are almost all on POF. I remember the first one I dated for a while she's like lets meet my friends at Champs. Im thinking were meeting her gf or something, there's like 15 brazilian chicks in there with her. Ive dated a number of other brazilian and argentinian chicks on POF all part of this same exchange program as well, though its mainly brazilians.

A guy from work (Polish) told me about a place called Stereo, a Polish dance club. He said that's where all the cleaners and janitors dress up and hang out to get their feel good DHV for the night. However, I read online that it can be partial to non-Polish speakers or people. If I can pull that dude away from his LTR (doesn't seem hard) it could provide some prospects. Problem is that it's been a while since I stepped on to a dance floor. And I should probably color my hair first. Interesting stuff.

Pilsen used to be sorta cool but its too many hipsters for my taste now. Ukranian village has some talent. Surprisingly elmwood park and surrounding areas are pretty good. There's a lot of sorta wierd unknown no sign backdoor type clubs in the area that stay open til 7am and have all types of eastern europeans and polish and ukranian chicks nad stuff. Dont know any names as I dont think they even have names lol.

You are so on with the hustling asians. I have had many times they think they are princesses and demand drinks. I treat them like the gold diggers by dangling the carrot but never letting them have a taste of it.

I would say they have one every couple months. You can check the calendar in the link.

Talent's decent .. My gauge was 40% 5s, 30%s 6s, 20% 7s and rest maybe 7.5 to maybe 1 8. Don't sue me for accuracy.

Just curious if Cobra or any of you other Chicago guys have ever checked out those CL casual encounter parties? I think there's maybe 2-3 different groups running them, some have parties in the basement of some hotel out in like Melrose Park and a few others rent out these afterhours kinda unknown european bars in the same area. Not sure how but somehow I started getting emails about their parties, normally like one Friday night a month. Kinda like a giant swingers party type deal but not swingers just people looking to fuck. I've never checked one out seems a little sleezy for my tastes and I'm pretty sleezy lol but curious if anyone else has ever checked one out.

Yeah, that spot is new. I can see it from my living room window, just last weekend they were throwing a festival there. It seems to be an all-encompassing venue: Blues Fest, Puerto Rican fest and musical events.
