obsessively calling her, hanging on her every word, remembering more about her than she does about you. but these are all superficial in comparison to the confident mien you'll acquire by approaching and closing lots of women.

Stay away from compliments if you don't know how to give them. Don't tell her how beautiful she is or how lucky you are to have her. Those are fine but only after certain stages and only minimally. Instead compliment her on her shoes or that you're impressed she went out of her way to impress you. Comment that you 'admire' a woman with/that <insert trait> and just leave it at that. Just do it once, maybe twice, and leave it behind ya.

Secondly, everything Basil said in his post. But most importantly show her that you have a life that doesn't involve her. Don't give in every time she says she wants to see you. As tough as that may be-even if you have nothing better to do than to sit at home and play the Wii-don't let her call the shots. If she wants to see you every night of the week scale it back and watch her foam at the mouth to be with you.

Exude confidence and pay attention to your body language. Don't always be so kissy and huggy. Something I like to do is if I'm out on a second or third date I might reach out and grab her hand or something. But almost as soon as I have it I release it (after about 10 seconds). I think that shows that 'hey you're still somewhat interested', but not enough to where you're not in control of the situation.
