Probably not. If there's one thing I've learned from boxing/mma is that explosiveness and speed are far more important than simply strength. While these women may be "strong", I doubt they're explosive. Same reason why most guys in the UFC don't look like bodybuilders or powerlifters. For fighting, explosiveness and speed are more important.

The only women who have ever made it to the top rank in my martial art are fast and mobile. I've seen a few bulky chicks attempt it, but they usually burn out pretty quick. More so than fat dudes. The best women martial artists I know will avoid raw power vs raw power with a guy by dancing around him. Then they look for the one deadly strike.

Depends on what you consider an average man. A soft, flabby, skinny fat, out of shape, dorky nobody or a normal, healthy male?

If the former than most likely yes, if the latter than definitely no. She might have big muscles but doesn't have the power, speed or explosiveness of a normal male, much less an athletic one, and she can't take a male's punch or kick either.

In Dana Linn Baily's defense she is a mad cool chick. I think that its the reason why she gets a pass in the community. She dosn't have a typical bitch ego like the fitness model broads, she is just a laid back girl whom smokes blunts and lifts. Because of this a lot of guys, especially in the bodybuilding community, IMO, get nerdy - and would low key want to date her and have her as a GF.

Is OD committed to lifting.

For meatheads its a win win and I suspect they get geeky for her like the WoW dudes do for gamer girls. Men all want on a low key level, a low maintenance and cerebral girl that's into the same shit as they are into. The problem is that its largely a myth, women all front on their interests and hobbies and few actually deeply invested in them as what it appears. Maybe for DLB its different since its a career/hustle and what makes her money, but for other girls its 90% BS and smoke and mirrors, but dudes still hold out the hope and fantasy of it all.

I always see a lot of smoking hot chicks at the gym who lift, but these chicks took it wayy too far. Girls have to be very careful about developing their shoulder muscles.
