So in preparation for my trip to Poland I got on Badoo. And the weird thing is even before I got a photo up I had people want to chat - so I put them down as definite scammers.

They want 2 more pics - can I just put up pics of puppies? lol.

I am rating pics and I wish they wouldn't put up pics of dudes. Edit: just saw the option to pic just girls.

Also, apparently rate a fat old lady a 3 gets me a warning because somehow my score was too far away from the average of an 8.

Bump. Anyone use the Encounters part of Badoo?

I'm thinking it's better to answer "Maybe" as opposed to "Yes", especially when all the thirsty dudes are drooling over every average girl. Does writing "Maybe" effect anything or not? Two maybes equals a mutual attraction or not?

I use maybe and it does equal a mutual attraction. I use the auto click feature, get 400 encounters a day done i only use it when im abroad to weed to dtf sluts

Forgive me if I should post this elsewhere or if I am a complete and total newb with my head up my own ass, but what the fuck is up with Badoo? I made a profile last winter before Mexico, but never used it down there, and just the other day I visited my page and changed my profile to Santo Domingo to try and check out some of the women on there.

Now I got a bunch of email notifications for "girls that are interested in meeting me", and "admirers", but Badoo is being such a bitch and when I click on the email link there pics are all blurred out and won't let me see their pics or their page, because I don't have "super powers". Are these girls legit interested or is it some kind of internet spam b.s.? I had notifications of girls who were interested or wanted to "chat" from girls here in CA, but I'm pretty sure it was mostly b.s. spam. I also find it odd that I have all these girls from S.D. interested, but when I click to see whose viewed my profile, none of them show up.

Do I need to suck it up and pay for super powers, and is there some way around that, is there something that I should be doing that I'm not, because I'm a retard?

Cheapskate hack: If a woman is playing Encounters and clicks Yes on you, then you will be notified but her pic will be heavily pixelated. Pay attention to the colour pattern. Then go and play Encounters and in the first dozen or so girls will be the one who liked you and you should be able to tell from the colour pattern. If you feel the same way, click Yes and you will be notified of a mutual attraction and can then access her profile.

To whoever asked about the difference between Maybe and Yes, there is no difference except when the mutual attraction is notified, you will both be able to see who clicked Maybe and who clicked Yes.

Damn, I try to make a few contacts on Badoo before going to Poland but I don't get any responses. Out 15 messages, I only got one from "hi, love your haircut, really sexy !"

I have a lot of mutual likes so I guess my first message sucks !

Do you have any advice, examples of the first few messages of a conversations ?

Man, i havent gotten a bang from Badoo in ages, though I still pay for super powers. Lets see how it is in Warsaw. And 3 or 4 years ago Badoo was solid, pretty much anywhere.

As points are super cheap, you better just buy a 2000 points package and start messaging. As for me, the points are worth every COP.
Super powers are a great tool too. Here are its features:

"Encounters – find out who wants to meet you"
I find this feature extremely helpful as I can bypass that stupid encounters game and immediately find out which girl liked me. Now I only have to 'like' her back and it's a match. I don't use Tinder, but it must be the same thing over there. I get a very high reply rate when I matched. You can send an infinite amount of messages a day to your matches.

"Added you as a Favourite"
With superpowers, you can see who added you as a favourite. I don't use it much

"Chat with popular users"
I have no idea what a "popular" user is, but it's usually the higher end girls. If she is "popular", only super powers users can write them (?)

"Special Delivery - Have your messages read first by all your contacts."
No idea how that works... Anyone knows more about this feature?

"Be the first to contact new people"
With this feature, you can chat with users who just joined badoo. A great feature imo, because you can write someone before all the thirsty betas start to spam-message.

Two other features, profile designer and invisible mode, are worthless.

I use badoo since years and it works. Superpowers and points make it a good tool. My recent successes in Uganda or Singapore wouldn't have been possible without badoo.
I also like the fact that it works on a notebook too, using their website, and there's no need to link the badoo account with facebook.

Major drawback of badoo: It makes me lazy as I have no need to go out and approach.
For some reason, badoo didn't work well in Jakarta. So I did my first approaches here in five weeks. Online game seriously damaged my game in real life. Feels like I have to learn everything from scratch.
