Approaching, or at least going out to try approach, kept my mind off a lot of useless things.

My "two cents" you're obviously hurting which is perfectly normal as you said yourself you spent 10 months of your life with this girl, who you cared about, only to see all your "blood sweat and tears" go to waste when you guys broke up. At the end of the day most guys aren't robots/sociopaths.

My advice for the next few weeks is to just think of yourself, meaning if you want to hit on girls hit on them, but if you don't want to, don't. Everyone deals with stuff differently, sometimes you just need to give yourself a few weeks to get your head straight

Also you have to deal with your emotions (in private) by this I mean you have to allow yourself to feel them and deal with them in a positive way. There's no point not dealing with your emotions now and then 6 months later you find out you've still not completely moved on/dealed with them , when if you allow yourself a few weeks to get your head straight you can deal with your emotions about this girl in the right way and move on with your life in a positive manner.

When my girl broke up with me a few years ago I cried like a baby for a week or two. Luckily for me it was long distance to begin with and she stayed a solid 300 miles away while I was getting back on my feet.

You are doing the right thing - delete her AND her friends on all social media, phone numbers, emails, and if you have to, change all of your contact info too if she's the type to reach out to you and apologize as soon as you are about to get over the whole ordeal.

There is no forum, book, youtube video, or one night stand that will make you feel better overnight - understand that. You gotta rest up and recover just like you would after breaking a bone. Read non-game related shit, workout, play your favorite sports, HANG OUT WITH YOUR BOYS, particularly the ones that can make you laugh, and don't even worry about pussy whatsoever.

And don't let some anonymous internet alpha males on a game forum make you feel like a pussy or a loser. You'll be good bro.
