Going to confession tonight. After years of searching for a conservative church in my area, I've found one and am happy this priest isn't going to be your typical cuck.

Tomorrow, mass, brunch, and then I'm going to probably watch Ben-Hur or The Ten Commandments or something. I'll try not to stress about the Turkish referendum, Erdogan's winning anyway.

I gave up sweets and desserts for Lent. I've got a half-gallon of ice cream and Easter Peeps ready to go tomorrow. I'll be a diabetic by 3 PM.

(If I can stop eating something for 45 days, though, I can certainly stop eating it for six days out of the week if I'm eating clean for lifting. This is why I love Lent so much. It's good to have some time to test yourself.)

Just got back from 3 days in the Aosta valley in Italy. First holiday with little ski pro.

Good food, sunshine and friendly people.

Paperwork and post ski season heathy eating starts tomorrow.

I did the same thing as every holiday. Walk the line of drinking enough to handle being around my step mother and my brother's wives but not getting belligerent.
