A move I do is try to call them a dick, jerk, ass hole first. Especially early in the interatcion.

If you have presented yourself in a manner that makes her open to your advances it will completely bring down their bitch shield.

Thanks for the tip. My problem with those kind of replies is that when it's way longer than what she texted me, it implies that I'm investing more into the conversation than her which in turn implies desperation and DLV.

Question here is should I keep the above point in mind or should I write it however long it is as long as it's a good comeback to the shit test in question?

Doesn't like the age difference could mean a lot of things. I'm bored of you, my friends are jealous, you talk too smart for me, you look out of place with my friends' boyfriends.

18 is real young. So your response depends on what you want from her. But you need to be realistic that no 18 yo is going to date you long term. Maybe it just ran its course.

This has happened a few times when I start seeing a girl, and things are verging on being a relationship. The girl will start to talk about her ex boyfriend or leave photos out of him. Its one of those things were I would be perfectly capable of calling her out on it, or just ignoring it and showing amused mastery, but I think both of those responses wouldn't really be dealing with it properly.

I get the impression that it is a comfort test or perhaps they just miss their ex because I am not giving them enough of the 'feels'.
Any insight is appreciated.

Wanted to see what the forum's take was on when a girl says, "I want to be straightforward and mention it's not a date, though".

I've always taken this as a "not interested" sign and usually next the chic immediately, but this one is clearing her Saturday night for me and she's a solid 8. We will be hangin out one on one as well.

It's a total boner killer and it's difficult to justify potentially wasting a Saturday night on some chic when I could be chasing tail any number of other places in a town like NYC

Especially in NYC, she's telling you she's never going to be interested. NYC girls are always under pressure to meet "the one". It's very competitive for them. So many of them are honest and up front with guys.

The up side is, they all have friends. So it's better to meet her and "make a good friend". So you can meet her friends. One of whom may be interested. Social circle game is better than cold approaching.

I've given it some more thought and I can't get myself to do it. I have enough friends as it is, and it hasn't led to jack shit in terms of getting laid, lol

All my lays have come from cold approaching during the night/day or from online. I guess I'll just stick to that as a strategy... more fun anyway :-p

Although I am not sure about this, I have learned that shit tests usually just test if you are honest and can stand up to what you want even in the face of resistance. I had a girl recently that I wanted to fuck, (I stay near two universities so, she was a student staying on campus), Here is how the phone conversation went and (btw she was the first to ping me):

Her: So how was the picnic the other day?

Me: Was Fantastic. Where you at?

Her: I'm in res, you?

Me: Library. Come join me 4 lunch at 13h00 staff cafe

This seems more complex than TornadoByProxy is making it since I got almost the same line from a Manhattan girl with a boyfriend, and was balls-deep within two hours of arrival.

With that said, don't waste a Saturday night. If she hasn't been vetted as DTF, maybe only waste a Wednesday happy hour.
