I was running at the indoor track at my gym and saw a hot latina chick walking with some other chick. I passed her and had no clue what to say. When I came back around and passed her again I did all that I could think of which was touch her shoulder and smile and say "hey". She smiled and said hey back, and I kept running. What would you do in this situation? If it happens again I'll probably stop and start talking to her as she walks. I just don't know if that would seem crazy or something since I would be stopping my workout to talk at her.

I'd be busting on her like crazy if she's walking on the track - "why aren't you two running"... "lets go".. it would/could build some humor, get them laughing, start up some conversation.

Yep. I'd make light of me having lapped them around the track. Just tease them every time you get past and maybe it'll lead to you being flagged down later. Or at the end of it turn the juice up a little.

my man i would jog by her going backwards put out my hand and say lets urn together we can exercise and talk and look at eacher at the same time
