If the story is true and she went out with you, she obviously found you somewhat attractive. Though of course it is possible that she was Beta-fishing, if she thought you were super-rich or could advance her career.

Either way - let's assume she found you really attractive. That attraction is likely lost because of bad Gamesmanship - bad frame.

In order to remedy that you have to project a powerful and different frame and that is very difficult to do via text sms. In person that might be possible to a degree, because you can project a different vibe, attitude and maybe pull it off. Even then it is difficult to change a woman's perception of you once it has been made. It is possible, but it has to be made in a strong impact kind of way. "Wow - he seems like a different person!" - kind of way.
