When I turned 21, I was doing some chick I met at the mall, never asked her age, she told me she was 18 so I thought I was in the clear, but found out she was 15 or 16 later on from her friend, who only told me the age after lying about her own so she could eat off her friend's plate.
When I was 23 or 24, I was hooking up with a girl who was 17, but she told me she was 18. I found out she was 17 on her 18th birthday.
When I was 26, she didn't lie about her age, just never told me, she was going to community college, so I never asked, found out she just turned 18 a week after the first bone.

edit; just remembered a small anecdote from a friend:
He met a girl at an 18+ club, did her once, drove her home, met her parents. They told him she was 13. They weren't mad at him and didn't place any blame on him at all, because she had done it many times before.
He said they looked defeated.

I think another matter that hasnt been mentioned yet is the fact that America artificially extends childhood even more so than the U.K. This can be seen in our ridiculous 21 legal drinking age. This limit causes american society to still view 18 19 and 20yr old women through a child lens. Something that happens almost nowhere else in the world.

This hugely limits older males from mixing and meeting naturally with girls in this age range. A 30yr old woman in most countries hamster is spinning when she sees the "young" 18-21 girls in a club getting all the attention....in the states the same woman would be viewing 21-23yr olds through that same lens.

Just how it works. Women crave attention, and when they can't get it they will do anything to obtain it. This is why they come crawling back even after you make them cry. They want that attention/approval you denied them earlier.

Not sure, but I know it's the only country to enforce their own laws outside of their own country. If you fuck anyone under 18 in a foreign country you can get charged in the States for doing so.

it's different from state to state, some say 16 is age of consent, but only within a certain time frame (eg. +4.9yrs from 16), others are absolutely strict about the 18 age limit, so there are 16yo males listed as felons for having sex with their 16yo girlfriends.

Older women can still date younger men, and it's pretty easy for them to snag a young man if they so choose. Generally young men are inexperienced and quick to fall in love. They suck at the game and go for women who are direct and forward. An older woman makes it easier for the young man to bed her and he jumps. She then uses her superior knowledge of what men like (i.e. her superior game) to keep him happy, such as by cooking, doing crazy sexual fetish shit, etc, and perhaps even buying him some nice things.

Honestly you shouldn't be surprised when you see an older woman with a younger man. She has better game than he does, by a landslide. And often times young men are so horny they cannot really tell the difference between a woman in her twenties from a woman in her teens, or a woman in her twenties from a woman in her thirties.

I agree that it's okay if she's fit...to FUCK, not marry! In Shakira's case, you have the celebrity element thrown in, and she was still able to have a child for this dude. So she's a bit of an exception, but under normal circumstances, nah.

I agree wholeheartedly with that statement. I was talking about red-pill stuff (how women are very fickle) with a 21 y/o friend of mine and ever since, he's been saying that I oppose women's rights. As a matter of fact, red-pill ideas are more accepted by my foreign friends my age, kids from the South and guys who're at least 10 years older than me. With the younger generation (from E. Coast and W. Coast), its a taboo.

My own experiences in the UK regarding age is a mixed bag based upon the risk of telling the girl your real age as opposed to cutting 5 years off.

Being 29 I look in my early 20s but with a lot of muscle so girls become really confused over my age. I have been cockblocked by revealing my age on two occasions with two 18 year old girls, never got the notch but I started to use 23-25 with more success and less resistance.

If you're going to hit on the younger girls you need to feel out their true age. There are a lot of 14-16 year old girls who look 18-19 in clubs and the fake IDs they have are second to none.

Just for the record, Thailand is not a child prostitution destination. The only cases I've ever heard of here are with gay men soliciting sex with minors. Of course, that un-pc thruth does not get told in ANY media, despite the fact that it is probably far more common percentage wise.

I think this has even changed more in the past 10 years or so. I know the 60s were referenced but even just back around 2001 or so when i graduated all the hot girls were going out with college guys nobody gave it a second thought thats just how things were. So it looks like the law applies to people who traveled with the intent to have sex with minors and requires proof that this was your intention in traveling. If it "just happened" with some 17 year old you met at a club I think as long as you're complying with the AoC laws in that particular country and they can't prove that you went overseas for that purpose, I don't think they can do anything to you as long as it was consensual non-paid sex.

I have mixed feelings on these laws. On one hand it's a bit frightening that Americans can be prosecuted for a behavior that may be completely legal and non-stigmatized in another country. At the same time, we know many countries have very weak laws with regards to child prostitution. Many countries in Africa don't even have age of consent laws and are basically lawless when it comes to child exploitation. This is an attempt to protect kids abroad in countries where the rule of law is too weak to protect them.

Here was a guy who got busted in Bangkok for p4p with children. Dude was dumb enough to have taken photos of it. He was prosecuted under the extra-territorial AoC laws and is now doing hard time.
