I recently had my own experience with a mega cunt who likes rejecting guys. It was funny, I had spoken to a few of this girls friends and hit it off well. I made some remark later in the night to this particular girl, she then put her hand in front of my face and said something like "yeah, no." It was clear she was feeling like she was the hottest shit and was stroking her ego.

I had a completely calm reply to her that totally put her in her place. "Are you always this rude when you aren't interested in someone? I really don't care, and clearly you have no class." Her: Look you just came up here and interrupted *stares at instagram* (I can tell she's not liking this type of confrontation and that men in the past have probably not called her out on her behavior).

Me: Yes I did, because this is a public place, and strangers talk to each other here. But I'll tell you what. If I was an ugly girl with a bad attitude, here's what I would do: I would find an attractive girl and hang on for dear life, because only by spending time with that her would I get any sort of attention from men.

Their mouths opened and I continued...

Me: Because understand this: if it wasn't for your attractive friend over here, we wouldn't even be having this conversation. You'd be invisible to me, and I wouldn't have to put up with your rudeness and the fact that you are a bad person. What's humorous about that is I don't give two shits about her rejection or "bullying". A real bully inspires fear and dread in others. These women are just wallpaper, but I guess they've got some pretty big forces at play that have convinced them that they're something more. It might make girls feel good to reject me but I'll just wait another few minutes until approaching someone else. And if there's no good targets I'll chat up my wingman and have a genuinely intelligent conversation, devoid of the mind-numbing chatter and gossip.

And if I have no wingman, and there's no more good targets, I'll leave the venue. And if there's no more good venues that night, I'll run out for some delicious al pastor tacos and listen to some classical music at home. I can still enjoy myself. At the end of the night, sometimes I reflect on the rejections and they make me a little sad. Not sad that I got rejected, but sad that this is the state of social interactions these days.

Call me a softie, but the older I get, the less I care about the bang and the more I'm genuinely interested in meeting and attracting quality women.

I'll throw in my two cents as someone who recently spent time abroad and now am back in the US, though I will say NYC I think is an exception (but only to some extent).

McQueen pout forth an interesting question which I forgot who responded to but did so accurately. Why are men so thirsty if pussy is so easy these days? It's because you are viewing it from your own eyes. Ask the next girl you go on a date with how her previous dates were. The general population of guys are chickens with their heads cut off not having a clue what to do.

Most have us put forth a shit ton of effort to get where we are. I've spent so many hours approaching girls at night that I know how to generally give myself the best chance to fuck one the same night. I've done hundreds of dates to know what stories to tell, what to suggest to get them upstairs, and so on.

Guys generally are not as good as us, and I'm not even saying I'm some superstar game wizard. But for the non-game aware guys, what makes it even more frustrating is that girls no longer hide their sluttiness so they keep hearing about these girls fucking everything and anything, and that feeds their thirst even more. Add in the fact that most guys pedalize and therefore are thirsty for 5s and 6s, you get these girls here with attitudes and elevated self-worths.

But let's just assume one does get good at this. This is where Gio and Tuth seem to digress on their points. I fully understand what Gio is saying - adapt or die. But I think what Tuth and Roosh are saying is a larger scale question...is it even worth it?

As to Gio's point, I agree. You have to make the best of your situation. Recently I had an opportunity to vacate LA for NYC and I did so, largely and admittedly for game purposes. I've visited NYC before and have always done well, whether it be because it is objectively better overall, or subjectively better for my style (personally I think it's both).

I'll never forget last fall in LA, I was with thedude3737 and we went to some club in Santa Monica where he had ins, and I saw two guys talking to two cute girls, and there were two other guys waiting in line to talk to these same girls. Seriously, there was a queue to approach. Another time again with thedude I went to just entertain a 5 so he can approach her friend and she acted like the world was going to end because I disturbed her at a friggen bar. Very similar to Roosh's story above but sadly I didn't have it in me to set her right.

So what happened? I adopted the Gio approach of making the best of my situation and because I could, I left. And now I can get laid much much easier here in NYC than in LA, with a slight uptick in quality.

Roosh mentioned earlier that in DC you have to put in tremendous effort to grab a 5 or 6 - not so here in NYC. You can go out at night and go home with a 5 or 6 within an hour if you try. Obviously as with anywhere the higher quality you go the more difficult it becomes. But at least 7s here will be polite and give you some time, not so in LA (as I know) and other parts of the US (as I assume and as Roosh describes).

And that is why NYC is an exception in my eyes. Hopefully this does not come across as braggart because that is not the point - I've been out with enough forum guys and seen them pull fast too (Clint, Spider, etc.) as well as my own buddies. But the city it is not without its own problems as I explain below.

Now that we know we can adapt or die, comes the bigger question Tuth and Roosh posit and I mention above. Is it worth it? I go back and forth on this. Obviously we need to fuck, but at what cost mentally? I wrote an ROK article on this recent internet girl I slept with and she was just so terrible it turned me off going forward. The girls in NYC while being incredibly easy are also so proud of their slutiness it's disgusting. My buddy calls it "whore island."

I'm now resigning myself, temporarily at least, to just night game for an SNL for varietal purposes and keeping one girl around that is pleasant to be with. This past Friday I stayed in watching Lost with her rather than going out and frankly I had a great night. Who wants to deal with cunts like Roosh did last night?

But even she doesn't compare to what I had, or could have, abroad. The quality there is just higher both aesthetically and substantively, in terms of what exists and more appropriate to this conversation, what I can pull. Looking back I don't realize how good I had it in Ukraine and Moscow this past summer. It didn't really register with me until now why when I brought that Russian girl who was visiting me to thedude's work in LA, he had the reaction he did while I was almost just content with the situation, having been used to it for so long the past summer.

There is no right answer in my eyes, a lot depends on your tolerance levels, priorities and abilities to relocate. I find no fault whatsoever in what Gio or Westcoast do or advocate regarding the US. I wish I had Gio's drive to endlessly approach college girls, but I don't. But I was able to go to NYC so I did because that was better than LA. I am not able to live in Moscow right now so I am not there, otherwise I would. I'm making the best of my situation. Date foreign girls for one, use and lose American girls on the flip side, and so on.

Don't get me wrong, I love NYC and am pretty happy here. But it's no Kiev or Moscow in terms of game/women, or insert other foreign country that works for your specific tastes and desires. There is a reason I'm killing myself learning Russian and that is because the grass is greener in my eyes. So I understand what people go through like Roosh who come back here after such an extended stay abroad.

From three years living in DC and partying every single weekend with THEE best natural I have ever met, the girls we interacted with loved playful but VICIOUS verbal abuse and insanely immature, vulgar humor. Not exactly. I'm definitely saying to adapt or die. The question is whether "adapting" means plowing through with more of the same--but with an optimistic view and more resolve--or, instead, with a thorough assessment of the problem and a fundamentally different method. I was advocating for the latter. The former, I think, is not really adapting at all--its more like accepting--and is precisely what leads to the type burn out reported by seasoned players.

A third approach, of course--which still other members have advocated--is to not to adapt all. That might be termed, "get out [of the country] or die."

I think it's also important to keep in mind there is continuum of desire that varies from guy to guy and with age. Some guys just have incredible desire for new girls all the time. Other guys much less so. For the guys in the former category, you can't be in a place like DC. NYC or points south in the US, or overseas. I think the other thing with DC girls (and maybe American girls in general), is that you can't really have a conversation with them....until you fuck them. This is really just starting to hit me now that I'm back. It's almost like being in some kind of parallel universe when I come home. I hate to be too dramatic but the sheer quality and quantity in Russia just blows away the Anglosphere in general (a lot of that is bc there just aren't all that many obese girls, and the average body is slender plus they dress up/use makeup). The fatties I've already seen even at the airport coming back to the US are just amazing - how can someone let themselves go like that and STILL get action from guys? There was a late 20s (?) US woman on my flight in full US college gear (ND hat/sweatpant etc.) who must have weighed 300 pounds...never really see that in Europe or EE...

On top of that, its really strange but opening in English now just feels weird to me. Not that my Russian is all that good, but it's nice to at least open in it and have the girl be suprised by the fact that you've bothered to learn their language.

It's just hard to motivate being back home for a short period of time knowing what's out there and how much work it will be - and often not getting rewarded...

The world is a palestra of anxieties,

A spectacle of wrongs and iniquities,

And a vale of tears watering the rising

It is a threshing floor of temptations for the unwary,

And a churning sea, turbid with the color

Of false hopes and virtues so inadequate

In duration and amplitude.

You have read my words here many times,

But you have not truly heard me,

Preferring the savory illusions of your loins’ expectations,

And the flitting, dissolving mayas of your own erotic phantoms,

Which fade, softly, into the murky mist of memory,

Leaving you ever hungrier, O my brother, for

A food to nourish your soul, and detumesce the

Angry, swollen, and searching heart.

When will you believe what your eyes tell you,

And what your senses command you!

You know the problem, and you sense the solution.

Yet you lack the conviction to speak it, and to practice it.

Solace cannot be found in the endless chase of the material,

For this world, this mirror of vanities, withholds its

Pleasure as easily as it grants it, leaving you empty and

Seeking more and more, a ceaseless quest of the insatiate.

When will you hear me, you bondsman to your lusts,

You blind man on your blind journey?

You read me, but you do not feel me.

You endorse me, but you hear me not.


II.

The only game that there is, and that will ever be,

Is the game of You, and only You.

All else is illusion, a cruel joke, a heartless deceiver.

All solutions reside within you, and are there for your

Drawing, as raw sap is drawn from Vermont maple.

Nothing exists but you, you, as the Isthmus

Between the word of the corporeal, and

The world of the spiritual, the world of imagination.

The Isthmus divides and joins these two worlds,

As two seas that meet together, never overpassing.

It is you, this Isthmus, that separates the known

From the unknown, the existent from the nonexistent,

The negated from the affirmed, the understandable

From the incomprehensible.

You are the Isthmus, the joiner of the Two Worlds.

You, O Isthmus, separate the spirit world from the corporeal world,

And retaining elements of both.

Why do you not seek your true purpose?

Why do you not take your seat on this throne?

The only game there is, is the spiritual game of You, the game

Which improves your Soul, and

Fortifies you from this world’s ceaseless pantomime of injustice.

This polished and prepared Soul will then truly be the lordly

Isthmus, the arbiter of worlds, the mediator of its own fate.

And when you know this, and truly mediate between the Two Worlds,

As you were intended to,

You will become the master of all that is,

And all that will ever be.
