Is it cuban salsa nowadays or another ballroom dancing?

Zouk?! I can't believe that. The only people who love zouk in Western Europe are black (including many of my ex girlfriends)

If you can dance cuban salsa ( casino) ,bachata- that's great! If you learn kizomba,zouk,semba - you will be golden! There are 10 women to every guy who can dance kizomba. If you are black - you don't even need to know how to dance!

When I was visiting Moscow over new years I was with my girl and she was involved in a salsa dance class. She told me the instructor had banged 3 female students in the past year (that she knew of). I went with her to the class's get together one night and it was 2:1 female to male ratio and the instructor was a total average looking dude with a huge mole on his face. But that fucker could dance and he was a riot to party with.

Conclusion: knowing how to dance salsa makes russian snatch prespire

Those newer Latin dances like Kizomba are a very "niche" market and not popular among the mainstream population or those who are not exposed to Latin/African culture over there. Majority of the clubs one hits in EE you won't be able to dance that Kizomba or Bachata as it'll be out of place and as a guy I see little reason in leading if the lady cannot follow.

As always traditional SALSA is a better match as that can be adjusted to just about any music, from Ricky Martin, to Michael Jackson, to mainstream rock, to pop. No matter where one go's and for slightly more mainstream clubs which play top 40 music swing works as well...one only needs a couple moves like this to do ok:

^^I don't see any sexuality or sensuality in that swinging dance...For that I would much rather dance the Caucasian Lezginka...too each his own though.

So which is better for the FSU, Cuban Salsa or Bachata? How about dancing in Georgia or Armenia? Have to learn Lezginka?
