I've been in an LTR with a woman for over 1 yr. It's a cost-benefit calculation on your part. If she's giving something--anything--in the relationship that is more valuable than the opportunities you are missing by keeping your commitment to her, then stay in the relationship.

If the opportunity cost now outweighs the benefits of the relationship, you should either (1) try to change the relationship to meet your needs better, or (2) move on to greener pastures.
