How do we actually know that she was really raped or not? Feminists want to convince the world that the worst thing that a person can do is rape somebody, so I wouldn't be surprised if her story was completely fabricated.

According to feminists, rape is worse than assault, murder and genocide. However, it's only this bad when a woman gets raped. If it's a woman-on-man rape, or man-on-man rape, it's a non-issue. How dare that men complain about being raped?

Even if she really was raped, I'm sure that this isn't the reason she isn't going well in her dating life. Guys are avoiding her because she is annoying and probably does not stop talking about feminism, the "patriarchy" etc.

I've met a few women who tell me they were raped. Why would they tell a relative stranger such a thing? My crazy alarm went off, and I ran for my life.

Now that seems to be a common reaction among men I know in the dating market. A chick you only just got to know tells you she was raped? Run for the hills!!!

Here we have one that made a whole bloody movie about it. Queen of the crazies. And she wonders why men run like hell away from her? lol

The Vietnam story reminds me of this chick who used to work with me. She asked me for advice travelling Vietnam, as I know the country well. She was particularly concerned about safety, as she told me "I'm a blonde girl travelling alone there". I assured her that it's a very safe country, while thinking "you're weird looking with short hair and a feminist attitude, even i'm not quite sure if you're a lame effeminate guy or just a really ugly girl, why would any Viet guy rape you?"

I can tell you how: because the basic concept is something that is viral-ready. It has an outrage factor. Unfortunately for her, the execution is awful. She's just not a natural comic -- she lacks the timing, the ability to react with witty comebacks, and the creativity. Also, her acting comes off as forced.

Funny enough, I don't find her bad looking. But like a lot of women today, her personality and baggage totally undo any appeal she might have. I meet types like this in person too: women who you talk to and by the fourth sentence you're looking for an exit plan.

Here's the easy way to tell if someone was actually traumatized or not. Compare this woman with a veteran of the Iraq/Afghanistan wars.

The veteran is quiet and humble, never speaks about what he's been through. Painful shit is difficult to talk about, but you can see it in his eyes. He lives his life and moves on.
The feminist starts a social justice campaign, makes a movie, signs a book deal, and reminds every friend, family member, and guy she gets with that she was raped.

Legitimate trauma is never broadcasted to the world. It's internalized and forgotten, as the human body is programmed to cope with bad memories.

If she's telling her friends that she's "OK!" (note the exclamation point) shortly after the so-called "rape," then we may be dealing with an instance of "regret rape" or some other pseudo-rape recognized only by feminists.

I'm not sure how useful a metric this is. You're right: all the people I know with legitimate PTSD, and I know a few, absolutely hate talking about it. One guy I know can't even go to a certain chain of restaurants, because his trauma happened at one of them. It took a hell of a lot of prying to find out why he couldn't go get a taco with me, and I felt like a dick for asking. But he considers this a huge weakness, and as far as I know he's never told anybody but me. He'd rather rip his own eyes out of his head than make a movie about it, let alone write about it in a "comedy" piece.

But people deal with trauma in different ways. It's possible that she was raped, and this is her way of dealing with it. I'm not ready to say that she's faking it based off of limited evidence like this.

I will say that she is disastrously unfunny, almost to the point of self-parody.

I think the reason we're seeing an increase in women's obsession with rape and victimization is because "damsel in distress" or "victim" are the last (and maybe only) acceptable ways for American women to feel female anymore.

In the past four decades, the chattering classes started to shame women for their female-oriented desires (children, a husband) and filled the magazines and newspapers with propaganda about what they think women should want (careers, competition, playing sports).

When modern women do embrace feminine things, they often do it ironically (obsessions with "dresses" and looking retro). And although a lot of women do follow the traditional marriage-motherhood path, thanks to feminism, it now leaves them with the bitter aftertaste of supposedly selling out. This especially happens when their friends ask "What do you do?" and they say "Stay at home" and feel inferior.

So it makes perfect sense that women are now looking to their lives to find anything that goes wrong so they can claim to be a victim. It's the one safe space for them to feel like a "real woman:" one who needs the support of men, the connection of community, and (most importantly) one who is clearly inferior to men -- not equal! -- because men are clearly able to traumatize her so easily.

And so we get the expanding definition or rape, the bizarre concept of "rape culture," and the paranoid obsessions over things past generations didn't even notice or consider problems (street "harassment," office flirting, the laughable concept of gaslighting).

This also explains the rise of The White Knight -- the only male role that hipsters can feel comfortable playing without irony.

If you look at women like the one who made this video and compare her to women from decades ago, you'll see little that's female -- except that she was able to be victimized by a man. I don't think this is a coincidence.

Jewish women have always been in comedy: Phyllis Diller, Joan Rivers, Elayne Boosler, Rita Rudner.

The difference is that now they're not funny because they attempt to be men -- and the man they chose to be is Howard Stern. Stern can be hilarious -- but his dirty comedy only works because he juxtaposes it against his "I'm a loser" persona. When you put that same comedy in the mouth of a woman, especially a nice-looking rather loud-mouthed woman, it has a different effect. It comes off as exhibitionism for its own sake. Beyond that, Stern has insights about the hypocrisy of human sexuality and the celebrity machine these women don't.

The above older Jewish comedians I listed were sharp, smart, and hilarious. These days, comedians like Silverman and Handler are the living embodiment of a cartoon I once saw mocking women comedians. It had a drawing of a woman on stage and a bunch of "talk bubbles" coming out of her mouth, all of which said "My vagina!" "My vagina!" "My vagina!"

In much the way only females find "Twilight" interesting, I assume they're the only ones that find Silverman and Handler funny. Joan Rivers' TV commercials are better that their routines IMO.

I was a little skeptical about this at first. A funny woman comedian? I've never seen such a thing. Sarah Silverman's comedy is so bad it's banned by biological weapons treaties. But we live in the age of YouTube, and I vaguely remember Phyllis Diller from watching the Muppet Show as a child, so I typed her name into the search box and watched the first hit that came up, "Phyllis Diller - Fat Jokes 1977 ( Stand Up )".

My god, this is incredible. These fat jokes are better than most of the ones I've read here, and this is a forum that prides itself on its cruelty to the overweight.

I urge everyone to watch the above Diller clip. It's not a compilation: it's a barrage of fat jokes, one after another, that's relentless in its political incorrectness.

Political correctness and feminism have had the unintended effect of rendering women, for the most part, unfunny. Here is my brief history of why:

Feminists spent decades telling us what we could and couldn't say, and in the process, remaking the image of American women into humorless Victorians.

Then some feminists decided they wanted to be comedians. But they didn't just get up on stage and make jokes. That would have been too logical and required real talent. What they did instead was the most illogical thing in the history of comedy. With po-faced seriousness, they set about lecturing us again, this time telling us we'd damn well better find women funny or else we were sexist.

By making comedy into something both political and serious, feminists set up a situation where American women comedians became inherently unfunny, at least to men, because no one laughs at what they're forced to laugh at. No one should feel forced to laugh because of political pressure. But that's the situation we find ourselves in now.

And so, the best the media can do now is offer up an array of cute women saying offensive things, because that's the closest we can now get to funny when it comes to women. The laughs might be forced and the humor strained and didactic, but they do get people to tune in.

I'm not one to minimize real rape, but it's kind of out there that we act like it's the most tramautizing experience you could go through in the world too.

I mean, really bad rapes where the guy keeps a chick hostage for hours upon hours, possibly even torturing her - sure, that could fuck you up for life.

But some guy jumping on you and going at it before busting a nut and then running off? Fucked up incident - there's not one doubt about that. To stress again, these guys are twisted and should be shamed and punished. It's an invasion into your body and I'm sure it really does feel violating.

But you know what else is violating?

Having someone stick a knife inside your body or a few guys putting you on the ground and proceeding to stomp your head into different shapes. In fact, giving the greater brutality of these two scenarios, you'd think they'd even be more traumatizing.

Men and women who've been attacked in these ways, however, don't make a lifelong crusade out of it - they patch their wounds, maybe develop a bit more situational awareness, and move on. A natural human response to life's more brutal, unfair moments.

And even ignoring the validity issues, given the extremely mild forms of rape most of these feminists rant about (extra-persuasive coercion, drunken sex, and guys thrusting it in when she's already lying naked in bed with him), I think it's safe to say the experiences are not examples of the former, life-altering rapes I mentioned.

The same goes with sexual harassment shit. I saw this Khmer guy lunge at this girl's face to plant a kiss on her cheek last night. She acts like he stuck something in her fucking vag. Buries her face in this rich white guy's shoulder and starts sobbing and goes on like this for the next hour. White knights scrambling but fortunately no violence broke out.

Since this is a place where women still act like women, I do give her a pass on this for the most part.

But in contrast, I've had women and even gay guys grab my dick and slap my ass when walking through the club. Hell, the other night some queer leaned over and blatantly looked at my dick while I was pissing and smiled at me. I had half a mind to put this face through the porcelain and now have the okay to hit the next the guy who does it from the owner of the club - but believe it or not, not one single tear was shed.

Annoying, sure, and in America I likely would have had a far more extreme response, but I hardly lose sleep over those incidents. You won't catch me sitting out on the sidewalk crying into my purse, dialing up my emotional support network, or writing articles for Jezebel either.

Man up, Bitches.

Either that or just admit you're females and let's get back to reality.
