frustration. cold frustration. been improving, been hitting the gym, been taking care of "my bright career", been approaching, and i don't show my frustration outside... thats why all of my friends look at my quizzically when they eventually find out ive never been with anyone. it doesn't make sense. not even a single makeout.

It has not been for nothing, you got practice talking to girls. You are actually a lot further along now had you not been trying to talk to girls.

I would suggest to try different things besides just cold approaches. Try night game(parties, clubs, bars) maybe it will suit you better. Try online game like okcupid and tinder, though you will need good photos.

You realize you've had nothing before and these are your first experiences correct. Learn the fact that you are making up for year's worth of social experience. To make it amazingly clear you are doing something wrong I guarantee it without a doubt. I think it would be best if you find someone who can critique what you are doing because these frustrations are resulting from an inability to see what you are doing wrong. Also note social circle is big in college. You may have been labeled as creepy already.

If my diagnosis is correct then the causes are quite simple. This is under the assumption that you have never dated or never even fucked anyone. You may be unable to distinguish between conversations between males vs. between genders. You have spent all of your life talking to men, but never ever have you spent it talking to any woman besides your mother. To put it simply either you talk to women like you talk to your mother or to your friends. The inability to see the intricacies of talking to the other sex has blinded you and made you say some seriously weird shit in their eyes to say the least. You're on the other end of the spectrum right now with the middle ground being the inability to know what to say next to a girl(where most men start off) or the opposite side being completely confident with women. Right now you're only confident due to the ability to talk to women but talking to them like you do to other males.

Let me give you a starting point then. Start off learning to speak with emotion versus logic or reason. Cockiness to the point where you don't know why, upbeat so that you are high on life, and blazing lay confident with whatever you say women feed off emotion. Don't think logically just do shit. That will lead to some interesting stories as well as the mode that you should talk to women and party dudes. Save your logical self for the forum and close friends.

Cold approaches work but they require a certain amount of experience and game.

As a newbie and college student, you are probably better off focusing on social circle, classmates, neighbors, warm leads, etc.

The big keys here is that you are doing the same thing as the girl, you are not just walking past her and stopping to talk to her. You are in the same place at the same time doing the same thing, that commonality and shared experience is what you will build off of. You have something in common, even if its just for a minute.

On Campus approaches vs Off Campus Approaches

Off-Campus - These are for girls that you will most likely never see again - You can go all out, go direct, go ballsy, go bold, touch her, go for insta-date, go for makeout, go for number, etc. Have fun. Use these as training tools, get over your approach anxiety, get over your fears, make mistakes, have fun, learn.

On-Campus - These are for girls that you will probably see around school - Be more indirect, just make friendly conversation, go "elderly" style. Don't try to get numbers unless its really going well and she is asking you about yourself. Just ask where the library is and stuff like that. These are more friendly openers. This is more just conversational practice and not actual pick up. Just practice starting and holding conversations, don't be too sexually aggressive with these.

Just got into NYC, WOW, literally amazed at the talent haha. My college has a better ratio of hot girls, but the sheer quantity of cute girls here is ridiculous.

Approach 33
Approach 7.5 at airport, went cold after a minute. She ended up sitting next to me on the plane..re-engaged (took some inner coaxing) and opened her up. We chatted for a good 30 minutes.. I managed to neg her a couple times and for the first time got a girl to giggle and laugh. Couldn't sustain it though, only had a neg I re-used in different ways, couldn't overdo it.

Started to getting a feel. everythings slowly coming together.. too slowly

Got a sexual innuendo in too! forgot what it was, but i was surprised. made her laugh.
Didn't end up going for the number though I easily could have but I saw she wasn't interested. talking had made it clear.

The stupid thing was when I sat down to wait for flight, I sat next to the one I approached, then 2 separate random hot girls sat next to us. 1 of them was looking around and waaay more open looking back. she ended up talking to some hipster guy. sure she was a 6 or 6.5 but still, anyways. I've already noted that I have a knack of going after the hardest girls, passing up the dtf ones. costly mistakes. There is no breaking point you are at 35 approaches.

Go to as many social drinking events and parites at your college as possible.

Get to 200 approaches then come back and feel bad.

May be time to lower your stadards a ton if you can't tough it out.

If your friends and everyone thinks you are cool enough to get laid then it means you aren't sexual enough.

You need to be looking thinking about pounding girls from behind and them stuff your cock in their mouth. You need to think dirty.

You need to have a shimmer in your eye when you say hello to girl that she knows what's up. You're playful but it is clear you want that ass.

Finally you are seeing the light.

Approach 48 is nothing.

Get to Approach 500. You will have so many numbers and dates you won't know what to do with.

Your confidence seems high this is good.

If you are doing mostly day game, Krauser says to get laid consistently even with masterful game you need to do 30 approaches a week. That is 4+ a day.

You don't need to do it at that rate, but don't get down until you rack up way more approaches. Again though don't focus only on cold approach. Keeping your social circle game tight is even more important at your age.

How is your posture? Go to Danger and Play MikeCF's blog he has to have articles on that.

You need to practice standing, walking, sitting, turning with great manly posture. It affects your voice, thoughts, and demeanor.

You are probably speaking too fast and using too many high waving hand gestures.

Hands around the waist or below unless you are making a specific point. Only use one hand not two. Two is kinda frantic and gay unless you have Russel Brand Dandy Game which I think isn't in your range right now.

Lift weights. Take ZMA. Record you voice. Listen... does it sound cool? Speak from your diaphragm, lower your voice and bit and record it. Find when you sound cool and authentic.

Perceived low confidence is usually bad posture, frantic and twitchy hand and body movements, darty and poor eye contact, speaking too quickly and too high pitched.

Spend more time in the mirror practicing.

Imagine the approaches you did in field. Go back and do the approach again in the mirror imagining the girl. Say the same lines. Do you look cool, calm, collected?

I have slow movements. I could speak louder and lower my voice pitch a bit. On the skinny side so yes working out would help.

Working 80+ hours a week now, so barely have the time to make approaches or workout.

This is currently my mentality. I'm a rookie in the game like you, I've done a couple dozen approaches already and in all honesty I don't expect to get the first bang within the first 100. But I'm not worried, I'm know the pussy will come eventually. Many well known PUA's back in the day did thousands of approaches to get to where they are now (e.g RSDTyler). And these guys were seriously awkward to begin with. I'm sure your situation isn't nearly as bad as theirs.

I think a lot your anxiety stems from the fact that you are in college. You think you should be getting laid because you're 18-20 years old. But you're only a few months old in the game.

Read the article and chill the fuck out. Most of the guys you see getting laid around you are going to be chumps with fat wives and a corporate job in 10-15 years. If you trudge on you will have the best sex life among your friends by that point.

And, like others have said, get someone to evaluate your game

Try to never be negative in the beginning with a girl. In fact try to never be negative around a girl. They are like children, they want good times and security. Better in this case to be inquisitive about a food product and then jump into conversations about what foods you plan to prepare, and what she likes to make or what she thinks about this product.

One of the first rules of improvisational comedy is "Yes and..." meaning never say no or be very negative about anything it is a conversation murderer. If there is a pause or dead air always be thinking "Yes and.." to continue the conversation.

Sometimes it is good to banter with a girl in text especially if she starts the bantering.

Cutting her off with a "Hah nice." steam rolled her attempt at banter. Then you ask her an open ended question that in her mind requires a detailed response in text, which with today's girl is asking too much. This reply text was the equivalent of cutting someone off in conversation then completely changing subjects on a dime for no reason. It is too hasty.

A better response would be something like:
"i knew you couldn't forget me afterall lets grab a drink together sunday night and i'll see how good your sarcasm is in action"

I have average text game. Others please upgrade this. This text at least teases her and is in statement form that puts you in the driver's seat.

She has to give a simple yes or no.

Chill the fuck out and be less dramatic. You are 51 approaches and you are in your early 20s. You are in a better position than 99% of guys already by being this young and having this knowledge.

You need to think about getting to 1000 approaches.

You started this thread March 20th. It is almost June 20th. If you did ONE approach a day you would be at almost double what you have now. If you were serious you would be doing at least 4 a day, let alone one. You need to burn through those first few hundred approaches.

Like I have said before Krauser himself says 30 approaches a week if you want consistent results even as a guy that has done 1000s upon thousands of approaches. You should be doing at least 10 approaches a week.

I am serious. No one little approach counts that much to you. Keep grinding. It is a grind. Learning game is work. It will feel like a job for a while. Even if you become great, there will still be dry spells, bad luck, stressful times where game still feels like work.

And the further you go I do see your tension building. Definitely keep your standards as low as possible for right now.

How is your online game coming? Did you get photos taken by a photographer with good lighting, good clothes for your main shot? Take a good outdoors one that shows you in some sort of action as well. Hiking, martial arts, mountain biking, whatever... Another great pic is one with a puppy. Any friend have a puppy or small cute dog? Another good one. Smooth pic, Action pic, Animal pic, and a Bitches pic.

Be glad you are putting this work in now when you are young to receive the fruit of your labor for the rest of your life.

Bodi (bodipua.com) has written a daygame book subtitled "My first 1,000 approaches" which is a memoir/guide to handhold guys through the beginner's stage, telling them what to expect, how it feels, what you learn etc. I've read it. Very good book. It'll be on release in a month or two.

fyi, entire May - not a single approach because I was home with the rents and studying for a tough exam, and I work 70+ hours so barely get time to approach on weekdays. no excuses. I got it, but understand there's other time constraints.

Online gaming is nonexistent. crazy how i feel the range of emotions within 12 hour period. Anyways, hungover is my optimal level to make things happen, so off I go.
