I'm inclined to agree. Of the girls I've made cum with my fingers, probably only 10% or less ever squirted. And I only ever had one girl squirt from penetration, and it was an accident, I wasn't even trying anything fancy. I'm still sceptical that most girls can be taught to squirt. I came into this thread with a strong bias that you have to be built with the equipment to squirt, and most are not.

The organ that does the squirting is the female prostate, and most women have a very small one, or lack one at all. You can look that up on wikipedia.

I've only known one woman who would squirt large volumes; about a cup or two of thin fluid that was not urine. Most others would just let out enough come to drip down their legs.

Now it might be the case that some girls who have the equipment need the right stimulus, and that that stimulus is a hooked finger, but I'd be very surprised if even 10% of girls have that equipment.
