I'm new here... first day I heard about this site.. and it's awesome.
I've spent past 10 years traveling around Europe trying to pull. I
have the whole tall handsome Latin type down. I'm well-educated and
speak 5 languages.

Hardest... I agree with others.. Spain, Italy, Greece were so
difficult. In Greece, I was with local guy friends who were very
wealthy and the girls simply refused to speak to random strangers even
at the most cosmopolitan clubs.

Easiest...Eastern Europe, especially Russia, Ukraine and Belarus. In
Moscow, Minsk and Kiev, there is some racism. Some clubs even have
face-control to weed out brown skin (backlash against "Caucasians"
from Georgia and Armenia who are brown-skinned). Even so, plenty of
girls that are hot for foreigners. Again, depends on location since
most major cities have gotten inured and wary of sex tourists. But if
you have game, there are some super-hot girls.

Re: Estonia... my experience... in the clubs, girls are just tired of
all the drunk Brit a-holes. Sometimes so bad that I felt embarassed to
speak in english. However, 20% in Tallinn are Russian and the Russian
clubs were much more open. With all that said, I was able to pull
Estonian local using day game (waitress on main square).

Oh had one racist experience in Estonia.. was walking around center
with Estonian girl I met in day, and some random older women started
to yell at us. My girl didn't want to translate but eventually told
me, "She thought you are Italian and some people here are tired of all
the Italians that come just for sex with our girls." And also saw a
group of skinheads wandering around, too.. but wasn't hassled.

Croatia... experience similar to Estonia... all these drunk Brits on
bachelor parties just scared away so many girls. But when I went to
club in Zagreb off beaten track, I was able to pull a local. Had
awesome night!

My favorites are still Russia, Ukraine and Belarus... was never at a
club with less than 70% girl to guy ratio!! Once you go
there...western Europe is boooring.

Maur, just to confirm. You are latin? 'Cuz I 'm on my way to Ukraine in 4 months and I am also latin. However, you mention racism in Ukraine? I have tan skin/black hair, but I guess my Miami style of dressing should not get anyone confused with where I'm from. However, I can easily be mistaken for Italian I am thinking.

So, with that said, is Ukraine a sure bet for a salsa Dancing Latino? Or will I have to deal with racism, fights because they think I am Italian? Let me know how you handled yourself if you have the the latino "daddy yankee" look.

A data sheet of solid places to hit/stay would be a nice contribution to the forum. Ukraine is a black box to all of us right now.

However, I do notice a few Brazilians and Africans playing soccer over there.

You probably already know this, but a Belarus visa is a major headache. But, for that reason it is more untouched the surrounding FSU states.

In my 30s, but the mileage and wear & tear from a lot of "triple overtime" performances is high.

I know several guys who went to Belarus and they said it's just a matter of applying early with an invitation letter from the apartment service you happen to be going through. I heard the food is terrible...

Speaking of which, I'm leaving the US yet again...probably a permanent move. Next stop, back to the familiar old territory of the New Europe.

In my experience, Ukraine is much more welcoming than Russia. But when I would go to regular discos and hit on girls, I'd often get turned down and called a Turk by some girls. At same time other girls treated me like a rock star!

As far as salsa, one of my favorite salsa clubs in world is in Kiev. Go to Caribbean Club! They even have their own Ukrainian salsa band! I don't want to oversell the place, but it's full of local girls looking to dance and some looking to hook up with foreign guy. Don't worry if it's empty if you get there... common for people to go to another club, then go to Caribbean Club afterwards so sometimes it doesn't get roaring until 2am.

As far as danger I've never had serious problem in Ukraine. I was stopped by police there for a bribe (common problem in Russia and Ukraine). They stop you and ask to see your passport and make some excuse that something is wrong and threaten to take you to jail. Just offer $10 or equivalent ($20 max) and they leave you alone. It's not a racism issue.. they do it to locals, too.

Oh I'm Latin too, and confused for Italian or Arab often.

Also, racism is mostly with the dudes. I've had a couple Ukrainian girls tell me before that their dream is to have sex with a black guy. LOL Since I'm not black, I guess that was racist against me too!!

Minsk is good, too. I never had any problems in Minsk, but it's a police state. Still stuck in Soviet times... yet the clubs are still good and have same problem as in Russia of too many girls. Once I went to a club with 6 of my 20 yr old female friends, and they would only let me in! (and I'm in my 30s)

Every year that goes by, I'm finding what you're talking about to be more true. That both: 1) the highest quality girls are almost never going to be found at a night club or just strolling around a mall by themselves, and 2) that cold approach marathons get really fucking tedious and the effort/reward ratio is quickly tipping the wrong way the more notches I get.

I plan on living in Russia in April/May Subutai and want to check out the Baltics and some of the other EE countries. Will let you know.

Indeed. A divorced guy in his 40s in Russia is considered a "lucky dude". A divorced girl in her 40s is basically a "dead case". This seems to be quite the opposite in US.
