I'm meeting up with a chick tomorrow at a bar that's a friend of a friend. I kinda thought it was dead in the water after I made a joke about fat chicks that offended her. But she texted me a few days ago after I mentioned to our mutual friend that I thought she was cute.

My only issue is that I know that she has a bf, so I'm not sure how to play it. I usually don't run into chicks with bfs so it's new territory for me. I assume I don't mention the bf and just proceed as usual. Anything else I should lookout for?

Do you know she has a boyfriend RIGHT NOW?

Never assume a girl has a boyfriend, especially if she's not putting it in your face. Many girls go on again off again and you'd never know it. Just game as usual, let her bring it up if she wants to. Have a good time yourself, show her a good time, escalate.

NOTE: If you are looking for a hook-up/fuck-buddy -"Game as usual"- could not of said it better. If you are looking for a LTR/STR keep in mind, she has a bf and is on a date with you, do not expect her to do anything less if you two start being in a relationship other then bang-buddies.

I read a couple of articles that perhaps gave me some idea as to what you might be asking, things to remember while escalating with girls in social circle...


Be Flirty: non-verbal things like, playful touching, lingering eye contact, teasing, etc.

Maintain Frame: mindset you should have – “I can have any girl in the circle and if you tickle-my-fancy then you might have a chance with me”.

Secret Escalation: discrete moves – these are to be used before bigger escalation-points. These are used because reputation is very important to (most) women, especially in front of their own friends. NON-VERBAL.

Examples of Secret Escalation: to be done discretely (under tables, behind a wall/post, etc.)- grab her ass, touch her leg, take her hand, tug on her pant pockets/belt/waistband, if you're really close (crotch to crotch) lightly rub her midsection (assuming that its exposed), etc.

I would not recommend increased-escalation in front of her friends (could ruin your chances of hooking up with them in the future) *This is a new one to me, totally makes sense.

Now all you have to do is, discretely, isolate her then take her home.

It went pretty well actually. She was nervous as hell she came into the back entrance of the bar and sent me a note via the bartender and she was pounding drinks once we started talking. I started physical contact once she came back from smoking since she was cold.

Our common friend (who was the bartender that night) actually got on me about her having a bf, since it was going so well. Keep in mind the girl didn't mention her bf at all.

No bang that night but she's coming over tomorrow to watch a movie.
