There was a wave of new rules that Roosh and I were in discussion about privately. I think now is a good time to start to implement them. Effective immediately:

4. Fees for Warnings. Minor warnings will cost $2, 3-day warnings will cost $5, and 7-dayers will be $10. Users will have to set up an escrow account to cover forum expenses. Users with over 50 rep points will have a "bill me later" option which they will have to settle at the end of every month. Delinquent account will lose posting privileges. I expect this system to be up within 30 days.

6. Forum Administration Smilies. The following animated gifs are off-limits to users. Only I, and the yet-to-be-named moderator, can use them. Unauthorized use of it will result in a one-week suspension ($10).

Tuth, I am by no means entitled to give you any advice but here is something I think you should consider:

The forum derives its value from its members. With no contributing members, there is no forum. If I were in your shoes, I would make sure that any new rules instituted do not upset the main contributors here at RVF ie Soup, Speakeasy, elmech, , thedude, Christian McQueen, Rio, Gio, Ali, Fisto etc etc, because if any number of them get upset enough to leave, that is a huge loss for the forum.

On a brighter note, there are a lot of mitigating factors in the case : nightclub, gypsy, stalking, etc. Roosh is probably facing something like 1 year maximum... with Internet access. He'll be able to manage everything as usual and write for ROK and his blog.
