In Japan, there's a show called "Orgasm Wars." The show upts on a duel of sorts, in which a contestant tries to resist climaxing from stimulation provided by a person to whom he is supposed to have no sexual attraction. Apparently, the resistor usually loses, and this is considered a humiliation.

I don't believe I could possibly lose to that gay guy.

Japan is a country that is known for being very comfortable is openly talking about fetishes compared to the western world, which prefers to talk about this stuff behind closed doors and it is rarely portrayed in their social media(apart from porn), especially in their social media like anime .
Also women of Japan love the yaoi genre(gay male romance/sex) + the Japanese men have their own porn to go off, so this show would appeal to a wide Japanese audience.

The consensus in Japan is that the show was faked.

Just listen to the slurping sounds. They are obviously dubbed.

I'm 99% sure that such a TV show wouldn't be legal either, due to the strict obscenity laws in Japan. It's most likely just a bit of trolling on the show's part.

Of course, the HP jump on it so they can further muddy the waters between gay and straight.
