Alright, I know this may sound silly guys, but hear me out.

So, as I see it, we have two types of PUAs: The Natural, Direct PUAs (James Marshall, Mark Manson, etc) and the Manipulative PUAs (Mystery, RSD, everything by Robert Greene, etc).

As a huge Star Wars fan, I had this little idea in my head that the naturals are like the Jedi: They are honest, at peace with themselves, advocate for being the best version of yourself, all the while promoting integrity and respecting women's decisions. The only difference I see is that the Jedi are anti-relationships as it can potentially lead to the Dark Side, but many of the concepts they share are positive and similar in nature.

On the other hand, you have Mystery, RSD, and especially Robert Greene who believe in getting what you want and manipulating women to fall for you. You use can lie, use techniques that don't reveal who you truly are, but rather a facade to "get laid at all costs". For example, look at "Dread game": Create fear and tension in a prospective female to create attraction (ie. you're thinking about leaving her for someone else... except your not, etc.)

This is similar to the Sith who believe in exactly the same thing. Except, I'd imagine most "manipulative" pick-up artists aren't violent sociopaths.
