Who is in Poland that go and check on him in person? Surely there is someone in the area Roosh is in.

If Roosh got jailed that's fucked up and it's our hope that André gipsy spends the rest of his days in Alcatraz. I heard horrible things about gipsies and gipsy behaviour, but unfortunately they're protected by some laws. This doesn't mean they can do about anything they want so I'm positive Roosh will get out of this trouble soon.

I too was hopeful this was some sort of joke--even if it meant me having egg on my face--but I just got a message from a second source. This is a guy who does back-end work for ROK and I've personally met, so I have no reason to doubt him.

What's more, witnesses (who may be acquaintances of the gypsy) claim that Roosh was speaking epithets at him and may have used an object to strike him. I don't know what the Polish laws are, but these circumstances apparently add to the severity of the crime. I got a couple of calls out to see what his legal prospects are, but the language barriers and time difference are making information hard to come by.

Scary stuff. I've travelled extensively in the region, and gypsies aren't well thought of in Eastern Europe. Sounds terrible, but that's the way it is. I guess an analogy for Americans would be like if a white dude got into a fight with a black guy in the 1940's in the South. As wrong as it may be, the white guy would be given the benefit of the doubt. Maybe Roosh will get the benefit of that with regard to a fight with a gypsy. Then again, he's not a Pole - so he's not gonna get much "home team" advantage.

It sounds like he needs the best local lawyer available asap. If there is a trusted source who is there on the ground we need to get him the financial resources to go and get one -- like I said I'm ready to contribute now just tell me how. Would be good to have someone on the ground who speaks the language well.

I knew all this roided Super Alpha, MMA, juicing, know-how-to-fight unrelated-to-game bullshit would end badly, but I never thought it would affect Roosh himself. This sucks.

All of here who know the story of this scenario could only surmise that Roosh was acting in self defense.

Either way, I know that if you start shit with the gypsies, their family will come after you pretty hard and they don't give a fuck and might even try to kill you.

BTW, you mentioned "serious injuries". Can we confirm that Roosh is not injured? He seemed OK in the picture. Legal trouble is bad, but physical harm is worse. I'm hoping Roosh is ok physically and emotionally. Seems like a strong-minded dude so I presume he's coping well enough.

Wow...this sucks big time. If this definitely has something to do with the stalker gypsy, is it possible that he heard the latest Roosh/McQueen podcast, heard himself and his antics mentioned and plotted this? Hope Roosh gets out of this fine.

Maybe he got charged with the equivalent of aggravated assault, if that's the case he shouldn't be in that much trouble right?

Any sort of cut that has bleeding will be called "serious" and he'll most likely have the medium to high range charge thrown at him initially since that can always be reduced.

Roosh needs to keep quiet until he can speak to a lawyer.

Russia has more than it's fair share of native born Gypsies.
