Several forum members are lawyers, Tuth I hope you're reaching out to these guys.

Also, I would strongly consider locking this thread or creating a private thread, even though that's long been against RVF policy. I'd say this sort of drastic event warrants it. The last thing anyone needs is the progressive media getting their hands on this news. Open a private thread for repped members only.

Fingers crossed for him.

Even though the details of what happened are extremely sketchy, from past experiences, Roosh has come across as a balanced, logical and rational individual. I, for one, am skeptic about him initiating any direct confrontation.

Hope that we get more details and are able to work out further steps.

The police has to inform the nearest embassy about Rooshs status (if Roosh hasn't arranged this somehow already), the embassy can be contacted by phone of course, but I don't know if non-family people can request information about the situation or do anything.
I doubt Roosh injured anybody so hard, that the person has to stay in hospital for 7 days.
If he did, he will face jail at least 3 months, with luck on probation.

If this is a legal situation, the thread should not be public to non members or non-repped members.

Too late for that, and there is never any hope of keeping something like this a secret. I think it's fine to keep open communication lines on the thread, Tuth will be smart enough to separate the wheat from the chaff. You never know who might have a good idea or a piece of information.
