I have been looking at my past success and a theme is that the more content I was with life at that night the better game I did. If I made some nice travelling earlier that day or did something exciting I did quite reasonable game. I most often did the right things, sometimes to a high level, without giving it much conscious thought. If I just had an ordinary day I more often tried to intellectually come up with what to do and obviously it doesn't work as well.

Obviously being very content with life shows and helps when gaming but I think that the biggest reason for the difference is that when I was very content I felt like hovering above the girl, being somewhat superior, while having an ordinary day I almost hovered slighly beneath her which is inhibiting.

I hope that my post makes any sense. The question is what to do in order to always have the feeling of hovering above, feeling somewhat superior, to the girl?

Easiest way is to not give a shit. Plain and simple. She will see that vibe in your body language and hear it in your voice.

That's easier said than done. Obviously I can sometimes give a shit and still do good game, I just want that to always happen.

It comes from getting enough experience in approaches and interactions that it becomes natural. Do you really care if you feel above them? That shouldn't be a consideration. Worry about you, they will follow. It's natural.

It doesn't for most. The point is to keep at it. I understand you well. But if you want to get better, just get out there and socialize. Talk to every girl you run across. Cashiers, the sandwich makers at subway, people in line at the bank, anyone. It becomes natural.

What you're looking for is aloofness. There's no single step - it's a process. It comes from experience. You have to learn your own value and how to assess value in other people. Personally I don't view it as looking down on women so much as realizing that no single woman has anything to offer me that another doesn't. That's the real power. I love women, I want them around, but I won't get too bothered about silliness from any particular one.

Ensam, I think that aloofness is what I could be looking for but how to learn my own value?

Knowing that the girl might not have anything unique to offer might not help if it's the general "nice, beautiful girl" I'm looking for anyway. If I don't know my own value that night not any "nice, beautiful girl" will take the bait, so going "next" probably won't help.

Take up the hardest sport you can possibly find. Rowing, boxing, rugby, whatever. Work your ass off at it. Let it teach you the meaning of the pain, let it hurt you so badly that you start to love it. Get passionate about it. Realize how much the camaraderie you have with your teammates outweighs any relationship you have with some girl you meet at the club. Realize that the feeling of working until you drop utterly demolishes drunken monkey sex at 2 AM.

On a Sunday two weeks ago, my friend and I rowed for two hours, raced a 6k on the ergometer, ran two stadium laps(eight hundred stairs), and then did a hard leg day. I was literally delirious off of exhaustion and hunger at the end of it. It was both the hardest and best day of my life. I felt like more of a man after that Sunday than I ever did having sex or gaming girls. Sure, daygame is fun and bold, but it doesn't compare to pushing your body to its actual physical limit. That Sunday meant a lot to me. Afterward, the random girls I brought home meant a lot less. Not only was that day more important to me, but it also hammered in the fact that most people(let alone women), will never in their lives do anything that difficult. Ninety percent of the western world live lives of listlessness and lethargy. They will never even approach their personal limits, be it in terms of exercise, intellectualism, or game. If you do that, if you truly and honestly devote your heart and soul to a sport, then you are a stronger and better person than the vast majority of humanity.

Especially women. What in god's name does the average 18-25 western woman accomplish in her life? Does she ever exercise to the point of collapse? Does she apply herself a hundred percent to any aspect of her life at all? Is she your peer, your equal? Of course not. Not because she happens to have a vagina; she's an inferior person to you because, like most of humanity, she fails to work as hard as she possibly can. If you do what she and millions of others lack the initiative to do, then you won't need to feel superior to her. You'll be superior. And true superiority is a thousand times more powerful than any number of PUA adages about being aloof and "having other interests"

Roosh says that a hobby is essential towards knocking the pussy off the pedestal. I disagree. A passion, something that consumes you, is what is necessary. Once women and sex start to fall very fall down your list of priorities, you'll begin living a life far superior to one that revolves around game. If you combine this with active daygame(something I should do), you'll be a beast. Not only will you have the technical skills necessary, but you'll also have a mindset of giving absolutely zero fucks about women or their opinion of you.

On a side note, I'm not saying that a sport is absolutely necessary; I believe that it will give you the best means of reaching a good mindset, but any other true passion that beats the shit out of you works just as well.

Jr, I actually thought of that before starting this thread and it's definately something I consider. Unfortunately I have rather high standards to consider myself to have a really exciting life. Still though, there's something wrong if I need a really exciting life just to be able to run game successfully.

As discussed, aloofness is what you're looking for.

To develop aloofness, read this comment and look at the pictures before you go out. If you're wearing the second look, you'll be aloof. It works like a charm because it's almost impossible to have that smirk on your face and not feel aloof on the inside.

This smells borderline trollish but I'll give you the benefit of the doubt. There's good info here, stop offering excuses and start reading.

They weren't brainwashing you - they were giving you a challenge. Why should you defaultly believe something anybody says? When a girl tells you something is 'creepy' do you believe her? By the same token if girl tells you you're handsome and a catch do you believe her? People say things for their own agendas. Whether a compliment or an insult I don't let the words of people I don't know and trust very well have much effect. Believing false praise is as bad as believing false criticism.

You don't need an exciting life to be good with women, you need a well examined life. I can't tell you what value you provide, that's something you'll have to figure out on your own. Mindfulness and developing emotional awareness in yourself and others is a good start.

How about in order to feel superior, then be superior. Max out your physical appearance through dressing better and exercising, and eating better. Work hard to become rich and powerful. In the past, I have been rejected and disrespected by a girl who was clearly below my league in every single category (looks, education, social status, every single possible thing). And the only thought that went through my head was not sadness, but a sheer disbelief in her absolute stupidity. My value was objective and un debatable, and her subjective opinion of me was clearly illogical and unimportant.

All this stuff is important to being a man, but it's not that important to getting girls. As Roissy says, you can spend 20 years becoming a rock star or business mogul, or you can learn game.

Why do you want to feel superior to girls in the first place? By doing that you enter this weird value ladder game which only makes you hesitate and question yourself.

In the end it comes down to entitlement. All you need to do is to give yourself permission to be cool/bad ass just because that's what you want. Then go and have a good time with her. Girls don't really care that much who you are and what you did that day, they just value how they feel when they're with you. Have you seen movie Rush? Suzy said it best.. "What's important is how it feels to me, and it feels like he adores me"

The way I look at game is that you either get it or not. You get it when you can just do shit without worrying about shit and you don't when you think too much about it so your RAM (mind) is occupied by self sabotaging thoughts and random shit that slows you down and limits your natural expression/charisma.

Guys too much into pickup are often the worse to game with cause they're busy with observing different dynamics and playing value circle jerk in their heads instead of creating those dynamics themselves on the fly.

Besides, what's value anyway? You are of value simply because she never met a guy like you before with your character/personality so by default it's a unique experience for her. Then you both either click or not. That's all there is to it.

Just be fully ignorant and stop worrying. Objectively it's delusional but it will get you ahead so subjectively it will be accurate.

Mr bad advice, there's absolutely no reason to be rude. My game has been complimented at times but I just want to make sure that I can always keep it that way.
